Bad customer service from associate on the front register today at 7 pm didn't wanna to assist

Please, CVS. Explain how not once, but on 3 separate occasions, text messages for prescriptions go out saying they are ready, yet when I show up, it's not even in the store. How can you expect me to just go along with "Well, I don't know how that was possible for a text to go out." or "That doesn't make sense." or today it was "Oh. I believe you, but it was only ordered on Friday, when you were here, so it should be here tomorrow." Newsflash. I wasn't even in the state in Friday. I was in to pick up something else on 1/24/23. I was told it likely came in with the shipment, but they hadn't opened it yet and to come back after 3. I got a text at 5:07 pm that it was ready, drove over, only to find the wait time insanely long and we just couldn't wait. Then on Thursday, 1/26/23 I get another reminder that it's ready. And on Friday, 1/27/23, I get ANOTHER text saying it's ready and will be held until 2/7. Yet according to your store, I was in the store on Friday and it was only just ordered. And this is not the first time this situation has happened. It's one thing if it's out of stock and there is a shortage. But tell me. Don't lie to me. This is an extremely important medication, and if you don't have it, I need to work with the doctor to find where I can get it. You need to do better. It's ridiculous to expect us to call to verify the text messages, make us "activate" a prescription even though a doctor has already prescribed it, and not be willing to be of more help. Now I'm faced, at no fault of my own, with having 2 family members without very important medications. Oh, and making it sound like it's my fault because of when I picked up the last prescription - even thought that was when you sent the text that it was finally ready - is also not cool. Time to find another pharmacy, I suppose. read more

Establishment is clean and cheerful friendly employees. Just popped in to pick up a couple coupon items. Greetings by cashier upon entrance. Wasn't real busy but nice & cool. Picked up the items needed and quickly checked out. read more

Unbelievable! I will NEVER come back to this store and will be happy not to see their faces again. No wonder they have bad ratings. I tried to call the pharmacy yesterday, was unable to reach anyone. Today when coming in to get a Covid test, although it says drive thru "recommended" it is NOT a requirement. So I should receive the same treatment as someone else. They didn't ask nor take my ID or insurance card. When someone else was complaining about the wait time, instead of telling them to be patient and making side remarks they should have been considerate and showed empathy; no customer service whatsoever. Also, they didn't even want to take my testing bag, I had to go outside, walk in drive thru and drop it off in the bin. Suggestion for next time, you can put a mask on and get some gloves and take it. Employees need more training. read more

*Stop! Before you give the Dr the number for this Pharmacy look for the Walgreens across the street. Please don't waste your time here. Read the story below.* I have a sick 1 year old son who has had an ear infection for 4 days untreated because this pharmacy has LIED to me every day since Tuesday about the arrival time of the antibiotics he was prescribed. Tuesday, CVS " sorry we had to overnight them, they will be ready by 1 PM Wednesday." Wednesday 2 PM, CVS " Sorry, they're still not available. They will be here tomorrow." Thursday, CVS 6pm after waiting in the drive through for 2 hours with three hungry and sick kids..." No, still not available, you should try sending your prescription to Walgreens." Yeah? Should I? After you are the reason my son has suffered for 4 days with a fever and an ear infection? Have you ever had an ear infection? Imagine your pharmacy lying to you about the arrival time of the one medicine that would make the pain go away permanently. Imagine looking into your child's teary eyes as he wonders why his Dad won't help him. His birthday is Friday, Walgreens across the street had the medicine. I had to plead with 3 different nurses Thursday to get a Dr to send the prescription somewhere else after I realized I had been duped. The first nurse " the dr said she doesn't feel comfortable switching pharmacy's because she was the dr that saw him." Second nurse sang the same tune. Third nurse made it happen. It's as people have the time to waste chasing after the incompetence of this Pharmacy. Do your job or someone else will. This will be reported to the Florida Board of Pharmacy for unethical business practices causing significant delay in treatment. Pathetic. read more

This place is ridiculous just for a consultation...plus it just seems like they need alot more help seems unorganized

Not very happy with the CVS Pharmacy. It took four days to get a prescription. I had to call three times to get my prescription renewed from my doctor. My doctor had it done in a couple of hours. I asked CVS to please call my doctors office to find out what the problem was and apparently they didn't and just waiting for another phone call from me. There is nothing wrong on my doctors end only with CVS. read more

They never have my prescriptions ready, 3 strikes, you're out!! Off to Walgreens we go. I called an hour and a half after medicines were called in (I heard the lady at drs office call and confirm her speaking with someone working at CVS when she hung up), the lady at cvs says she just hung up the phone with drs office, which was a LIE!! Then said they would be ready after 6:45pm (4.5 hrs later) then my husband goes to pick up and they haven't even started. So angry!! When those are antibiotics and steroids to help me get over pneumonia, and breathe, it's not birth control I'm waiting on!! Serious stuff. These people are incompetent and clearly can't handle the basics of the job. read more

Over the past year they were out of the Prescriptions That we needed. There logistics of resupply is lacking oversite. I was notified by text that they received the prescription from my Dr an Hour after I left the Dr office. it said that they would notify me when it's ready for pick up. never got notified on the first day. Second day about 430PM I called and they told me it was coming on the truck at 5PM. still was not notified that it was ready. 3rd day I stopped by and they still did not receive the resupply of the prescription. I asked them to contact the DR office to see about an alternative medicine. I believe they should of done this on there own as soon as they knew that they were out of the medicine that we needed. So in my view they did not have any concern my wife's medical condition knowing fully that any antibiotic's prescribed is due to an illness that will get worse with out it. read more
