I went to CVS and had my photo taken with my bare shoulders. I have successfully submitted my passport application with no problems. We have had problems with handing in parcels, ordering a nebulizer for delivery and it never arrived, I had to go in store to collect even though my husband and I were very ill. The list goes on, I will never set foot in this pharmacy again.

I have gone in at least 6 times this year and there is always a complaint by the Walgreens employee about Fed X. Today was the last straw. They took it and when I asked about being turned down at the North end, she very diplomatically said they should have taken it. It was 20 minutes out of my way all because of a lazy employee with an bad attitude toward Fed X. I will not go back.

I was able to find alternatives, but the pricing was a little higher than what I would have paid at HT or Kroger. I do like shopping at Publix on occasion for certain things, and they often have good BOGO deals for selected items. Unfortunately for me on this visit, none of the items I purchased were on BOGO special.

That was after, my two scripts were called in and I received acknowledgment that the scripts had been called in days before (2-3) days before I attempted to pick them up. I even called twice to ascertain if they were ready and was advised that they were. My wife even called and was told the same, just to show up and it not be ready. In addition, the first time I visited this location, I was the fifth person in line and none of us left with our medications. Actually my wife just returned home from trying to pick a script up and it was again not ready. I actually prayed for patience the first time I went in the business. Maybe it's all on me or maybe a sign to go elsewhere.

As a small independent drug store they don't have quite the selection that you find in chain drug stores but I always manage to find what I am looking for and feel good about supporting a locally owned shop as opposed to a big corporate chain. They do have a small but nice selection of locally made items, including soaps, scrubs, candles, bug spray, etc.

The policy at their pharmacy is this: if they don't have the full amount of pills your doctor…read moreprescribes you, they charge you for the full amount, don't have enough pills, say they'll call you when they come in, not call you, and then when you go to try to talk to someone they say you should have come back within 7 days (even if they didn't call you), without saying that when you originally interacted with them. I would rather be set on fire than return to this store. Anywhere else is better.

The female cashier told me my card didn't have enough funds and instructed me to scan it a second time. ​I left without any merchandise, but my bank statement shows I was actually charged twice. Both charges--one for $17.50 and another for $14.57--have fully posted to my account. I am out $32.07 and received absolutely nothing in return. ​Management needs to review the transaction logs for that day and train their staff on how to properly handle card reader errors. Until my money is refunded, I highly recommend checking your bank statements immediately if you choose to shop here.
