Got my flu shot here on a Saturday at around 2:00. No appointment was necessary and I didn't have to wait. The pharmacist who administered the shot (her name was Thoa or Thao) was very friendly and did a good job. She made sure to ask all the allergy questions beforehand and got the paper work squared away quickly. I also overheard her talking with customers and she seemed very knowledgable. I recently visited CVS and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was little to no customer service, and I truly felt like my business was not appreciated at all. I had trouble redeeming my $10 ExtraBucks reward and asked for assistance. The male employee who came over responded in an aggravated manner, asking, "What do you need?" He quickly did something at the self-checkout to make it work, but then walked away without saying another word or offering any kind of courtesy or explanation. The interaction felt very dismissive and unfriendly. I understand everyone has stressful days, but basic kindness and customer service go a long way. I have received the wrong prescription dosage a couple of times now. They also fill the wrong quantity. They are clueless when you wring a problem to their attention and that is the staff and pharmacist. I have never seen such a concerningly incompetent group of people working in a CVS location. awful pharmacy, they often "lose prescriptions" never have them filled on time. They also give unsolicited medical advice about whatever health issues they think you have based on a medication. they called my mothers doctor to ask if she really needed her pain medicine (she has a tumor) go somewhere else. read more

I have been coming here for nearly 4 years. Needless to say, as a family of 4, we get a lot of prescriptions filled. They are fantastic. They now know me and my husband by name. They give painless flu shots, care for our family and ask how we are. I don't go in the store very often, but I never seem to have an issue when I do. read more

We called in the prescription and provided insurance info and they lost the info the next day when we try to pick up the medication. We have to provide the info again for reprocessing. They have 5 people working and one at the cash register. There is a line up of 11 people . This place is horrible! read more

Terrible customer service. I've ordered "same day" pictures here twice and received confirmation emails. Then I get to the store and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I ordered using the curbside service once and the SAME thing happened. The employees are not happy to help and try their best not to even make eye contact. Worst CVS store ever read more

My husband is a United States veteran. They would not fill his prescriptions for his medication, forcing us to have to drive all they way to the South side of Houston to get it filled at the VA hospital so let it be know CVS doses not support United States Veterans. read more

This is the worst pharmacy on earth. Over the last two years that I've used it, I have not once filled a prescription without some kind of problem. Most of the time they claim that our doctor never called in the prescription. It's strange because I've had several different doctors, as well as pediatricians who have called in prescriptions for us, so I doubt all of these physicians are lying about it. It also takes them an unreasonably long time to fill prescriptions once they're in, and they've lost our insurance information on multiple occasions. Next up, the photo department. For Father's Day I ordered a couple of different photo books that could be made in store, and picked up within 48 hours. I even received an email that the books were ready. When I showed up, I was informed that they ran out of the materials needed to make that book several weeks earlier, and therefore were not able to make them for us. Would've been nice to know that sometime in the week previous that I ordered them. On a different occasion I ordered some prints, and when I came in no one could find them. They looked around for 15 minutes, telling me I had the wrong store, they weren't ready yet, etc. Finally before I left, I suggested they check the printer, and lo and behold that's where they were. Incompetence beyond belief. read more

Major complaint here. My wife and special-needs son came in around 12:30 to get a passport photo taken. The old, short, spiky-haired, lazy worker visibly and loudly sighed when my wife inquired about the photo, saying rudely that she'll deal with her soon. My wife and son browsed around a bit and stood by the photo counter for a period of time. The woman moved over to the register (the store wasn't busy at all) and proceeded to ignore my wife and son, barely making eye contact, completely unwilling to help and not doing any apparent work. Needless to say, my family left and went right up the street to PostNet, where the women were friendly and helpful and quick. Embarrassing service from an awful worker. Never going back to a store where simply asking an expired, prejudiced employee to do a few minutes' worth of time is apparently an imposing request. Feel like it's worth calling corporate in this joke of a place. read more

I'm giving the store two stars because of the efficiency & kindness of one of the managers, I believe her name was Nicki. I was there to print pictures & there was an order before me with at least 100 pics to print..I asked Debra if there was anyway to get the other side of the printer to print mine & another person. She walked back, saw the stack of printed pictures I took out of the printer & began to scold me about the manner in which I put them on the countertop. When I told her I didn't appreciate her snarky remark she replied she wasn't being "snotty" but " real". What does that even mean. I'm a frequent shopper at this CVS & Debra has helped me on many occasions & I can put up with her calling me "sweetie" & other terms like that as she means no harm, even as annoying as it is, but treating me like a child was crossing the line. read more

The pharmacy has very poor customer service. I waited for almost two hours, and upon my return, the prescription was still not ready. I was told it was because I had not paid in advance, but the staff member did not ask for payment when I placed the refill request. He only told me that it would be ready in about an hour. They completely seemed oblivious that I had already been waiting for a long time. They tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Their argument was that I should have known, from previous experience, that the payment is required before they can fill the prescription. I would have gladly paid when I first arrived to request the refill if they had asked. The entire staff appears to need more training on how to process prescription refills appropriately. read more
