This is one of two 24-hour CVS stores on Cape Cod (the other is in Falmouth). The store itself is fine - it's big enough to have everything you might need and it gets the job done. The carpet is pretty worn down, but the store is clean. On my last visit, the cashier at the pharmacy desk was very nice. On a previous visit in the summer, the ATM wasn't working. I have been a customer for decades with CVS but I am going to change pharmacies. Today I spend $38.00 for Uber round trip to take me to pick up my prescription. I was not aware that they CLOSE FOR LUNCH!!!!! What retail company does this? I am disabled and couldn't drive myself and also living on social security. Your telling me your pharmacists need a rest so they can function well? I called and they will mail my meds to me but I had to pay another $5.00 for shipping. They told me they have been closing for lunch for 4-5 years. This is 4-5 years too long. read more

Annie's tomato soup was "on sale" for $1.99 I was surprised that CVS sells product that is past its sell by date. See photo for receipt showing today's date and the can showing the expiration. It's good to know that in these terrible times they don't even bother to check the sell by dates. Given that according to Annie's their tinned goods start out with expiration dates of somewhere between 2 and 5 years, it's good to know CVS keeps a keen eye on freshness. I got to this location at 3:50 am to get medicine for my sick child while we are away from home and now I'm at a loss. There was a hand written note on the door with the "store hours." Do not go to this CVS. I went there with some friends (who happened to be black) and they were eyed down by the manager the second we walked. While we were selecting our product, we were told to leave unless we were going to buy anything in an incredibly angry tone by said manager. He continued to stare at my black friends and made some rude comments. He followed us up until payment and until we left the store. No surprise to find this pharmacy already has terrible reviews. I tried calling in a refill for a life-saving heart medication and an incredibly rude person named Brenda hung up on me while I was trying to confirm if they had the correct dosage of the medication. Unbelievably rude. Someone this rude and incompetent should not be in a job having anything to do with healthcare. I have used numerous CVS over the years, but never have been treated as rudely as the witch in this pharmacy!!! It's not like she is having a bad day. I come to the Cape for 4 months during the summer. I have put up with her rude, nasty, sarcastic unprofessional personality last year. She is still there and as nasty and unprofessional as ever. Tonight I waited 15 minutes for her to come to drive up window. I handed her my Liscense and she asked "What is this for"? Very nicely I stated I was there to pick up a prescription. She came back stating I had no prescriptions. I said my dr. Called it in today she rechecked came back THREW MY LISCENSE AT ME AND TOLD ME TO GO PICK IT UP WERE MY OTHER PRESCRIPTION WAS FILLED!! While on vacation one of our kiddos wasn't feeling well. We thought we had lucked out having a cvs Pharmacy near us but boy were we wrong. My friend had her doctor call in a prescription. A few hours later we went to pick it up. We were met by someone that clearly didn't want to help us. We are from out of state and had an unfamiliar insurance. Instead of asking us questions about it she went over to a colleague and I quote said, "This is fake insurance right?" The audacity of an employee to say that! If your reading this and are from out of state, don't come to this judgemental rude cvs. My friend could of said and reacted differently in that situation but remained calm. Just stellar service all around. The pharmacy had computers down all morning and not enough staff to go around and given all that their attitudes were AMAZING. They were efficient and caring about my problematic prescription. The male pharmacist and the person working checkout communicated well with each other. Had an extremely pleasant interaction with a really nice employee who was stocking shelves and the cashiers were also nice. They never can fill a script on time and openly admitted they are 2 weeks behind. How can a huge company like CVS allow this to happen!? There is a big sign on the front of the building, as well as on the street, that says "24 HOURS". Why does your sign say this if when I went there last night a little after 1:00am, the door was locked? I banged on the door and no one ever came. On an impulse (and a sudden free hour in the afternoon), decided to get my flu shot here. I found the staff to be pleasant, professional and responsive. I timed it to avoid the crowds, so was in and out in around 10 minutes. Overall, this CVS is one of the larger ones and the hours are an obvious advantage. read more

Stopped in at this CVS to pick up some cards around Mother's Day as well as stock up on snacks for the office. The store itself is well stocked but what killed the rating for me was the fact that the staff was lackluster and slow. I reluctantly have used this pharmacy numerous times since it's very close to my doctors office, however I will be looking into a totally different pharmacy to take my business to after one terrible experience after another. First off the inside is not very clean and the clientele hanging around the pharmacy drop off counter make you feel unsafe. There are constant arguments too be heard at the check out counter between the sketchy customers and the staff that seem flustered over every little thing that does not go their way. My most recent experience included cape cod orthopedics faxing them a prescription numerous times over the span of 3 weeks and they kept stating it is not there. However after faxing it to a different pharmacy it was ready within 24 hours. The poor experiences with this place seem to be a common occurrence and I would highly advise to keep your business far away from there as possible. read more

This place is an absolute nightmare. I have to use this pharmacy due to insurance issues with one of my patients. The line is always ridiculously long and there is never enough people working. One time they misplaced a schedule 1 narcotic drug that my patient was on. The techs are always very unfriendly. read more

My girlfriend and I were both working late last night, so we decided to stop in around midnight to grab something to eat. The girl who was working the registers and manning the front of the store, Jessika, didn't even turn to acknowledge us walking in. When we got to the register, she rolled her eyes, clearly bothered by us pulling her away from the task she was working on. She didn't say a single word to us just mumbled the total under her breath. After swiping my card, she noticed there was an item that she hadn't scanned in. Instead of apologizing and correcting the issue, she accused us of placing the item on the counter after she rang our purchase, when it had been sitting there the whole time. She then proceeded to place every single item we'd bought (9 items) in the same bag, crushing the food we'd just bought. This isn't the first time I've received terrible service here. In fact, I've grown to anticipate it. We only shop here when absolutely necessary, and would rather drive farther to a different location, just to avoid the complete disregard for customer service here. read more

Worst experience in a CVS ever. Register clerk couldn't be bothered to even make eye contact. We had a 3$ off coupon for CVS health products totaling 10$ or more. Had 2 items totaling 14$. Both clearly packaged as CVS Health She gave 3 different excuses why the coupon wasn't valid. First was they were excluded....nope, second was they are on sale and less than 10$....nope pointed to register total of 14$, third was they were not CVS Health products....show big package label. Finally when no manager was "available" I walked out and went to Rite Aid down the road....cheaper even without a coupon and friendly fast service at the register....even a smile and thank you!! I just went to this 24 hour CVS and the front door was locked but the second door was open so I called. When I asked "your sign says 24 hours but your door is locked, is there a reason?" He said "oh... Uh.... Yeah... Well... The pharmacy drive through is open 24 hours but we are closed from 1-3am, if you want to wait 20 minutes, we will be open at 3am". Always easy to work with and I love their automated phone system for reordering meds. Convenient location too, which always helps.

Drive-through times for prescriptions are extremely long. I waited nearly 10 minutes after ringing the buzzer for the first time just to be greeted. That is just unacceptable! read more
