Dr. Ram greeted me as if I were a long-time customer and asked me to have my pharmacist call him. At 12 noon EST, I called my pharmacist who is PST: I explained I inadvertently left a prescription at home. She then called Dr. Ram and I drove the couple of blocks to pick up my prescription. It was a pleasure doing business with Dr. Ram! I took a few of his business cards and gave them to my sister and her neighbors; as he had several existing clients on her street.

I was shocked and humiliated. I immediately approached her and said, "How dare you accuse me of stealing?" I showed her that I had nothing in my pockets. I had done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I was treated like a criminal in front of other customers. I felt completely berated and embarrassed. I tried to prevent this by informing Cary to send my scripts to capsule pharmacy on last Wednesday, but they did not. I did not find out that Cary was closing until a day before, so I found CAPSULE pharmacy that same day. Come to find out my scripts haven't even been sent to KALORAMA according to the person I spoke to. I had a negative experience with these people years ago so this is the last place I wanted my scripts to go. They have not changed.
