The woman at the counter told me only 1 of my 3 prescriptions was filled. I asked if I could quickly make a call to find out why, she said yes, and while standing right there in front of her, I found out my insurance issue was literally caused by one letter being off in my name. As soon as I explained that, instead of helping, she immediately said, "I can't help you, we close in 30 seconds." The time was 7:58 PM -- not even 8:00 yet. She didn't even bother checking me out for the one prescription that was already filled. I understand employees want to leave on time, but refusing to help someone who just came from the hospital, standing there in an ankle boot, over a matter of minutes was unbelievably cold and unprofessional. I was literally trying to move as fast as possible while injured, only to be dismissed. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even though my prescription was ready, and it would've taken less than a minute to a minute to fetch it and pay. I was also treated poorly with the woman using a rude tone and being short and curt. I really needed this medicine today, and it was crucial for me to get it. The fact that they couldn't provide a basic service for something so important is extremely unbelievable and unprofessional. I feel I did not receive the basic respect I deserve. I am utterly astonished at this behavior and poor service.

I just called this pharmacy to inquire about my scripts being transferred from Cary Rx to them…read more First of all, I don't like this pharmacy because they are very unprofessional, this woman I spoke to was very rude and did not give me a chance to explain my situation, someone told me last week from there that my scripts would automatically be transferred there on last Friday. I tried to prevent this by informing Cary to send my scripts to capsule pharmacy on last Wednesday, but they did not. I did not find out that Cary was closing until a day before, so I found CAPSULE pharmacy that same day. Come to find out my scripts haven't even been sent to KALORAMA according to the person I spoke to. I had a negative experience with these people years ago so this is the last place I wanted my scripts to go. They have not changed.

She needed many household supplies and this Superstore seemed like a natural choice. From the outside it looked nice, big garage, lots of carts, etc. but inside utter chaos. Garbage and empty carts just left in aisles, staff restocking but not keeping the shelves organized and tidy. All the cold counters were empty, maybe replacing them, but no signage, just empty shelves. Lots of cameras and signs about shoplifting, and armed security. Place was intimidating and really in poor shape. Will not visit this place again. Stay away.

The employees are nice…read more The UPS boxes outside are convenient for receiving packages but they should be much closer to the store entrance, giving customers more security. No one would notice in time if someone tried to steal a package and ran off down the stairs, at the end of the sidewalk. Giant has dieticians that will give you healthy shopping tours to help improve food choices. The pharmacy staff is nice.

I had been hearing all the buzz and a lot of reviewers of the product said it was easily accessible at your local drug stores including CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreens, Target, etc...Lies! This foundation was not easy for me to find, at least not in my shade (D40). I was on a hunt to track down this product and yesterday I was successful. The foundation comes in 40 shades and this CVS had the shade I needed and I'm overjoyed. It's a decent drug store foundation by the way! It sells here for $12 and I had a coupon so I only paid $9. If you don't already, definitely go sign up for the CVS extra bucks reward program! You will thank me later. The store itself is reasonably stocked and organized. I also find a good selection of falsies (lashes) here. I've never been here when it's overly crowded. Service has always been good. They don't have self-checkout options. I have noticed there is usually a security guard here.

I was simply standing in the cosmetics section looking at products. Before I came in, there were some teenage kids in that same area. When they left, the door alarm went off. I overheard the employees talking, and the manager asked Naima if the kids were all gone. Naima responded, "No, one is still there and just put something in her pocket," clearly referring to me. I was shocked and humiliated. I immediately approached her and said, "How dare you accuse me of stealing?" I showed her that I had nothing in my pockets. I had done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I was treated like a criminal in front of other customers. I felt completely berated and embarrassed. No customer should ever be falsely accused without proof. This experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Robeil is working at the electronics department and Siyda was on the floor organizing it and making sure all is in the pristine condition. KUDOS to both. Walmart you got two great employees , I hope you recognize them for their good work. Walmart itself, that is another story.
