Size doesn't matter as long as I can find what I need quickly. The shelves were clean and well stocked after Christmas. Speaking of the employees, they were hustling to stock while I was there. They were leaving courtesy isle space where they were stocking so each isle was still accessible. After struggling to find the main item I came in for I broke down and ask for help. Glad I did because it was on an inside end-cap and I would have passed up again. The employee was super friendly, didn't seem to be disturbed with assisting me and took me directly to the item. He even waited to ask if there was anything else I was having trouble locating. GREAT Customer Service!!

I also had an issue with one of my coupons at self checkout and needed help from a worker. Thankfully, she was able to assist me and approve the coupon, so I appreciated that. The experience was okay, but I wish the sale items were clearly marked and the prices were more consistent with other CVS locations. As a couponer, a higher base price is definitely not ideal, especially when you're trying to maximize your savings.

So you tell the automated system you want to talk to the pharmacy, and then IT says, "Please leave a voicemail with your name and number and we'll call you back within an hour." No option to go on hold, no option to explain to the machine that you need to see if they have a medication in stock, just "Leave a voicemail!" I don't want to leave a voicemail, I want to talk to a person, I'm on hold to talk to a person, I don't want you to call me back in 45 minutes while I'm making lunch. If you can't handle your call volume, hire more people or install more phones, or prepare to keep losing patients, because you just lost me.
