The only reason I haven't given five stars is that the store is really hard to get around. I get it--it's less than 5 days before Christmas, but it was hard to find where the line was to pay for my cut. I was constantly having to climb over the Clinique demonstrators to get to where I needed to go. Other than that, great job!

I went straight to the Clinique section. There were a couple of associates talking over on the side and three or so at the registers so I looked around for about five minutes and nobody approached me so I stopped looking and just stood like I needed help. Eventually, they all went to the registers and they were talking. I made eye contact with one of the associates a couple of times and smiled at her. When I finally realized I was going to have to go fetch one of them to help me i walked up to her , but she stopped and talked to someone else. At this point I was just frustrated that I had stood so long with without getting any help so I ended up buying a few other things that I needed and still spent $200 And then left. I felt like that scene from pretty woman. I don't know if they work on commission but if they did, they made a big mistake..... huge. Lol So bottom line is a horrible customer service.

I love finding out about small businesses like this that make products from natural and local ingredients. The scents of all of their products were wonderful and clean smelling rather than being strong and overpowering. The lotion felt rich and perfect for winter. I appreciated that customers could customize the gift bags and boxes with any combination of scents. $30 for two lotions, 2 bars of soap, a lip balm and wooden soap rest was a great deal. Another item off the Christmas shopping list! I look forward to trying more of their products in the future!

Before we knew it we had our first goats purchased. A while later we started selling our all natural goat's milk soap to raise money for our adoption expenses - a sibling group of 5 from Colombia. As time passed, customers who supported us started asking for more soap! It was while we were in Colombia adopting the 5 that we decided to turn our love of soap making into a business. We chose the name Global Soaps because we are a global family. Two of our biologically born kids were born in Georgia and one in Michigan. We have one adopted daughter from China and five children from Colombia!

You have to go to the registers in order to pick it up... So you get to wait in line forever until you get to a cashier. I swear they hire the most unfriendly folks possible for that position. Anyway, so the pick up instructions clearly state to show your state issued ID to the clerk, who will then (supposedly) hand over your purchase. NOT. It is my turn at the register, I present my ID and state my reason for being there. Empty stare. I repeat. After an look which could be defined as hostile she says: order number. I say ok, open my purse to get my receipt for the order number and cashier barks at me to step aside. Geesh lady, get a grip I already have my slip in my hand. So I decline and hand her my slip with the prominent order number in bold on top. This gets me a huge sigh. Well you would think it would be easy going from that point on, but no, she rummages around somewhere off to the side, comes up empty handed, asks me again to step aside cause she can't find it. I politely refuse. Another big sigh and she goes to find another person, who then goes off to the side and within seconds retrieves my order and hands it to me. My question is, was the package going to miraculously find itself if I had stepped away? I was getting difficult to smile, show patience and remain friendly. I do know their job is stressful, but the pick up is along these lines every single time. By the time I get out of the stores my nose is running, my eyes are running, a headache is coming on from all the smells and my allergies are kicking in. There has to be an easier way. BTW, the front of the house staff are all super friendly.

Paige said there would be a little bit of a spicy feeling but my husband said he felt fine and it never burned. So that was great. We were told to try to leave the cream on as long as possible, so he did. He went to wash it off today and that's when we took everything out of the bag & learned that we did not get everything. Instructions say to apply retinol crème complex packet which he wasn't given. He was given an ice pack, that he didn't need. Also given a blue box of I believe the hydration crème. So at this point I feel like treatment isn't even going to work & what a waste of $300 when it's not done correctly. Beyond disappointed! I tried calling the clinic and no answer because it's a Saturday of course. Smh
