Fl CVS location every month for the last ten years. Family circumstances require I temporarily live with them 45 miles north of my home, so I need to pick up my prescriptions here. Jessica refuses unless I change the address on my driver's license. Jessica's excuse for refusing to help a long time customer was she is "strictly enforcing CVS's corporate policy". I called their 800 number and spoke with a CVS corporate pharmacist, Joe , who told me she is wrong, there is no corporate policy. Even after he stated she is wrong, corporate will not help me, I have to drive to another city where an intelligent, caring and HONEST CVS pharmacist said he will fill my prescriptions.

My husband made 2 trips to pharmacy and explained to pharmacist it was a new rx He was told it would not be ready until 01/14/22. The rx was not ready until 7 pm 01/14/22. The medication did not need to be counted, it was in sealed bottle with 90 day supply. This is happening more and more at CVS in Jensen They need extra Staff. In addition to giving vaccines, doing tests and filling rx no wonder it takes so long to get rx filled. Lines are long in store and at drive thru. i have used cvs for many years, and i like that i can refill prescriptions no matter where i am…read more however, cvs has a text messaging system that can drive you nuts. no matter how many times i tell cvs i do not want automatic refills, it will continually send me texts asking if i want auto refill. it also asks me if i want to refill a prescription that is not yet eligible for refill, then if i say i want it, it will tell me i am too early. circular logic that gets you nowhere. it seems to have a mind of its own and doesn't seem to follow instructions very well. the repetitive nature of the text messaging borders on harassment, andi am fed up. therefore, i have completely withdrawn from text messaging from cvs and i am considering other pharmacies i might use. if you don't listen to customers, eventually you won't have any!

I stop in here from time to time to get some random things I can't find in the other usual stores I…read morego to. They always have decent service, though the store seems to be run a little thin, which works for this CVS. Typically there is not a ton of traffic (certainly not during off season) and the front register clerk is doing other things which necissitates a ringing a bell to signal you are ready to check out. Not really a big deal, I certainly understand why they do it. I've been here many times, and it's always been fairly easy to find things I need. Today we noticed on our way out we didn't get charged accurately (2 for 1 didn't show up as such, charging for that product twice) however on the way out Hot Wife found it, and they checked and corrected it right away, refunding the difference. Good catch, and easy to return.

What's the point of their on-line management system if they screw this up every time? I have been on hold for 40 minutes so far for this last go round. I am so disgusted! I can see when a Pharmacist in some cases my see a…read moreconflict which the DR may not know all of the scripts patient may have which may cause an issue but at that point the pharmacist should alert the DR and let him make the decision. But, in my case the pharmacist refused to contact my Dr which caused a major issue for me. The Pharmacist should have contacted my Dr. Hence, I switched all 12 of my scripts to Walgreens. Walgreens simply contacted my Dr and all of my much needed scripts where filled. To this date, I have never had a problem with walgreens on US1 and Prima Vista I highly reccommend not to even try the CVS by hospital.....waste of time... Mike Murphy

The place was clean, in order, and smiling staff. They even had a greeter at the entrance who was so old, he prolley was witness to the signing of the Magna Carta. I'd cabon date him using my patented 'Wrinkle-Affect' at a solid deuce (200). It's ironic that in a town know for being "kinda-sorta redneck" they've mastered the concept of retail execution. So, in review, this place is normal, filled with respectful staff. I'd highly recommend this place as a great first date with that girl you're not sure about, so you take her to grab sone vittles to make dinner. I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart on US-1 and Leonard, and I feel completely…read moreignored and disrespected by management after an incident that damaged my car. A few weeks ago, an employee left a cart mule directly behind my vehicle in a blind spot area of the parking lot. I went into the store, came back out, got into my car, checked my mirrors and backup camera like I always do, and I never saw the cart mule behind me. When I backed up, I accidentally hit it because it had been left in a place that was impossible for me to see. I immediately reported the incident to Walmart. Employees took pictures, completed a report, and I fully cooperated. Later, I spoke with management, and even the manager acknowledged that I had walked to my car without ever noticing the cart mule. The manager became very quiet during the conversation because it was obvious this equipment should never have been left directly behind parked vehicles where customers are backing out. Despite all of this, Walmart denied responsibility and refused to pay for the damage to my car, claiming it was my fault simply because I "passed by it." That makes absolutely no sense when the equipment was left in a blind spot by their employee in the first place. This situation could have been avoided entirely if employees followed basic parking lot safety procedures. Instead of taking responsibility, Walmart chose to blame the customer. Very disappointed with the way this store handled the situation and the lack of accountability from management. Customers should be aware of how careless this location is with safety in the parking lot and how poorly they handle legitimate claims afterward.
