The pharmacist Hope was awesome- so nice and helpful! I went in one day and asked for eye information for an infection. She came out from behind the counter and explained and gave some suggestions. Also said seeing an eye doctor might be what I needed. Once I went to eye doctor she was able to get my prescription down to a $0.00 pay. All the while being friendly and helpful. read more

CVS on Hutchinson Island has almost everything you need for your vacation bc we almost always forget to pack something

Although they dont seem to stock medicine that I receive each and every month for years now. The workers there are freindly and helpful, I think its an average CVS , for other merchandise its ok but geared toward tourists and more expensive than some It does have a pretty good size food area but as far as pharmacy its the same as the rest , that could stock more meds even given the small size.. Store and pharmacy on Ocean Drive in Jensen Beach is very good, but sometimes the heavy set woman at the register, who's been there for at least a couple of years or so, can be unfriendly and short with customers, and sometimes not. My wife came home complaining about her being gruff and short with her today. Mgmt should insist that all employees always be polite and friendly to customers, no matter what. Whatever personal issues an employee has should never cause them to be impolite to customers. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - Jensen Beach, Florida

The older pharmacist is good, but the newer guy is arrogant and could clearly care less about providing good service. I have specialty medications that are often shipped to the store from a CVS specialty pharmacy for me to pick up - this always gets loused up - they say they have not been delivered when they have already been delivered for hours- they don't process them correctly so that CVS sends 'ready for pickup' messages. When the CVS specialty pharmacy tries to help they even give them inaccurate information and claim they have not got the drugs. I have tried multiple times to speak with the management to have them understand the problem this is for patients trying to get their medications- met with complete 'could care less' attitude. Especially the younger pharmacist-no interest whatsoever in maybe making some effort to properly handle the the receipt of medication. This is a medication with a $1700 co-pay --- so risky to just get it thru mail order - but this place doesn't even have the courtesy to tell the truth . I miss the other CVS that closed...........at this point, I will either drive up the road for my prescriptions or go to Walgreens from here on -- too many times with these folks read more

My wife forgot a prescription at home. We call our pharmacy at home then called this CVS. They said it would take 24 hours. After waiting we called to find out they had no record of our call and the prescription was not ready. Not good. read more

I have always received less than competent service from this CVS. The pharmacist seems to have a problem filling prescriptions. I only use CVS because my insurance says so. I would be moving my business to a different CVS in hopes that it will better. Go somewhere else if you can. read more

Yeah not sure if this is the same lady working up front at register that everyone else is talking about, but she has issues. I very friendly like said hello to her and she said not a word to me until she literally threw my items and the receipt in the bag and then mumbled something . I said what's that? The pharmacy staff is very efficient and friendly. Steven, the pharmacist, was so incredibly helpful. There was a vaccination I needed relating to my cancer treatment that I couldn't find anywhere; not my oncologist, not my primary care doctor, not the CDC, State Health Dept, or County Health Dept. Steven was able to find what I needed and order it for me in less than 5 minutes. That kind of service is priceless! read more

I think this is the worst cvs out there. Always put on hold and they do not pick up. The cashier is rude in the front of the store actually threw her two cents in rude parenting advice at me when my child was having a temper tantrum in the store.
