Great customer service. Montana was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PHONE SYSTEM! (Even pharmacist agreed, when I mentioned I was going to leave 1 rating on store due to phone system.) When you call you get recording with BAD OPTIONS. When you leave message for call back their mechanical phone system IMMEDIATELY CALLS BACK WITH NO LIVE PERSON, ONLY SAME RECORDING WHEN CUSTOMER ORIGINALLY CALLS, REQUIRING NEW MESSAGE TO TALK TO LIVE PERSON. THAT HAPPENED TWICE. When store actually did call back man was very rude, though he fully agreed with above statement, then clearly not listening to customer's inquiry, questions. Really miss when this CVS had a professional pharmacist, days of Ruby & Laura as pharmacists. Heck, this pharmacy's days and hours even cut back, along with professionalism, why most all I have through CVS now goes mail order instead. read more

I like this CVS Pharmacy on 7th St in Joplin and it is the one I always use. However the reason I gave it three stars is because it closes early on Saturdays. I was not aware of this and find it ridiculous that it does close early because Saturday is a day more people are off work and able to make it to this pharmacy if necessary. As it happens today I do need a refill for a prescription that is necessary for me to take and I just ran out of it today, thinking I could easily refill it at your store. I waited until this afternoon to go since I'm not feeling well and that's when I discovered your store closes early on Saturdays. So to pick up my prescription I will have to drive clear over to your Joplin pharmacy on Main Street, which is very inconvenient for me since I live in Webb City. I'll admit it's not that far, but when a person already isn't feeling well it makes a difference, not to mention the extra time and gas money it will require. I feel that the 7th St CVS in Target should offer the same services as the other CVS stores, especially on a Saturdays. At this time I am very upset and disappointed in your Saturday pharmacy hours. I truly believe that I am not the only person who feels this way. And just to complicate things a little more, I'm not sure that I will even be able to pick my prescription up on Monday as I have a hospital appointment that morning and don't know how long it will take. As previously stated, I see no reason for your 7th St. Joplin store to close early on Satirdays. Your customer needs and welfare should be at the top of your list, and that means all of your pharmacies should be open on the same days for the same hours.
