I kid you not- I had not been sick whatsoever in two straight years. However, the streak ended…read moreone fateful Friday (March 3rd). I got up around 9 A.M. and headed for the Minute Clinic. The kiosk to sign in was a bit difficult to deal with (I believe the focus shifted to unanticipated parts of the screen). It also could have been because I am not a frequent user. After finishing with that, I sat down. Less than a minute later the nurse practioner came out and greeted me. Through my exam she was personable and kind- I found out she did not have a home store (which explained things she needed for my particular visit were not found easily). At one point she had to go to the other Minute Clinic room. When she did so, she left the door open. I did not care too much, but it would be best practice to shut it. Shortly after returning, she concluded that I had strep. I was provided a sheet that listed the medicines I could take to help with the symptoms. I walked out and headed for the consultation window. The pharmacist (Craig) and intern (Charles) not only helped me find the section for the products that I needed from the visit, but suggested products they knew would help. They saved me MAJORLY on TIME and MONEY. I proceeded to the pharmacy registers for a prescription unrelated to the visit. A new (to me), friendly technician soon met me there. Not only was I helped there, but was greeted from afar by a technician (Jordan). From my time here at this pharmacy, she seems to be really good with names and does well with having patients feel like they matter when she works with them. Even though I have worked at this pharmacy consistently (for 6+ years), until recently, I can still write a positive review about them. They do not have to be genuinely nice to me solely because I have worked with them. And I'll explain- When I worked, I focused on patients and getting most of the work done that I could in between rushes. Due to this there was little time to socialize (I only hung out with two co-workers regularly outside of work and they left way before March 3). The pharmacy staff treated me the way they did because they 1) are genuinely nice people and 2) enjoy healthcare.

If I could rate this store less I would. The pharmacy is garbage and never open on their hours…read more Sunday I went to get my kids medication 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed but they refused to help me because they already closed down their drawers. Will be in search of a new pharmacy immediately.

I have been to many different pharmacies in my lifetime, and this has got to be by far the worst…read morepharmacy on the face of the Earth. It wouldn't be so bad except the girl behind the counter is extremely rude every single time and not knowledgeable at all. She didn't even know what STAT meant. Pathetic. Shouldn't ALL Healthcare workers know what this means? They do not seem properly trained. Also, every time you call to speak to the pharmacy you have to leave a message and they, hopefully, call you back. Adding this: Called my insurance company and CVS charged me $30 for a prescription that should have been $12.00.

I was holding up a thousand people (there was one car that pulled up behind me right when i got in the line) 2.) i wasnt waiting 10 minutes for the car in front of me to begin with in the first place 3.) that it is such a hugeee hassle to walk over to the other and click a few buttons and print out a new label is it so hard for you to do your job? all it entails is organization, customer service, and categorizing. Simplest job i can imagine. It's just so frustrating because I always show these people so much love, respect, and the benefit of the doubt but to no prevail. Just nonstop disrespect and it's heartbreaking. why can't they be nice, i understand they probably get a lot of annoying customers but nevertheless it's still hurtful. Thank God for Ren she was very calming and helped me with getting my meds in less the time than it took that man to complain. Also the computer system is terrible and my name never works on it.
