A flyer for my new Pet Sitting Service exclusively for Allendale Falls. A service which would cost 25 CENTS. I place the order around 1 PM on 6/1/2024 and I NEVER GOT MY ONE DOCUMENT! I walked to this Walgreens Photo from Allendale Falls TWICE today. The first time was to place my order. I waited for a solid hour at the store after I placed my order and nothing was accomplished. The worker said I MIGHT get it today because the machine was thinking. I'm sorry... what? Not only is that not something the customer wants to hear, but it's also not very professional to bluntly admitting that to the customer in the tone I was told it. The second time which was 3 hours after I placed my order, I was told they were very backed up on order. I finally got so fed up I said, "You know what? You can cancel my order. This is going in my review for this place." Before leaving. It really doesn't help the store is massively understaffed to the point the person working the Photo Lab is also running the front register. Not a good look for a business that heavily relies on a printer. I COULD'VE already had it done by this point using my own printer but I didn't want to spend $20 buying black ink from this Walgreens for 1 piece of paper... which by the way is overpriced. I also could've have EASILY gotten this done through my Landlord but I was TRYING to be nice and support local businesses for reviews... I've already left a negative review for the Walgreens as a whole prior to this review. Now the photo lab can join it. 1 out of 5 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND! EDIT: As per my previous review above, I have an update to my story. This is the result of me walking away from that one document that they couldn't even manage to print because their printer just HAPPENED to break down the one time I needed it. I have been getting my email flooded with these annoying reminders to pick up my Print. On 6/5/2024, then 6/9/2024, then 6/17/2024, then today on 7/2/2024. By now I've long since got the document I needed. I had to go elsewhere to get my print cause YOU ALL CAN'T DO YOU JOB! How many "Reminders" do you need to send till you understand, I'm NEVER coming back for it? Don't you think, if I wanted it, I would've claimed it nearly one month ago? How long do you intend to hold it and spam me with "Reminder" emails. I've now marked them as Spam. Today is 7/17/2024. And I got ANOTHER reminder. I'm about to go to the Manager and ask "Can you not take a hint I don't want this?"

Though much better than the other Walgreens, also located on W.Stone Drive, this location has a…read morecouple of issues as well. Getting in and out of parking spaces can be a pain at times with multiple cars parked along the side of the building to use the Redbox kiosk. This should be discouraged. Also, the store is a "PHARMACY" so it would be nice if the actual pharmacy is open at all times the rest of the store is open. If the store front has huge illuminated signs claiming "PHARMACY" and "OPEN" then one should safely assume the pharmacy is open. At this location, though, the store is open till 10pm, but the actual pharmacy closes at 6pm on weekends. When they are open , however, I have received much better service at this location than their other location on West Stone Drive.

I love Marcum's Pharmacy, and I think if you are going to post a negative review, you should be…read morefair and describe the entire interaction. Were they slow because your doctor wrote the prescription incorrectly and had to be tracked down before they could fill your order? Were they slow because you handed them two CII prescriptions that require additional time to fill? Were they slow because you came on a Monday morning, traditionally the busiest time for any pharmacy? Were they slow because you brought your prescriptions in person and expected them to be filled immediately, despite the fact that there are probably 200 prescriptions in line ahead of yours? I know the pharmacists and techs personally, and they have only ever given me the best customer service and support. They are there to discuss any concerns you may have about your medication, or just to talk to you about your day. I have never had an medication errors or problems, and additionally, I have never sat in line more than 5-10 minutes, over the 5+ years I've been having my medications filled. They are top notch, and I think any negative reviewers would have been better served to talk to the pharmacist about how the pharmacy could have improved, rather than just blast them on the internet. If you don't give a business the opportunity to right a wrong, then you are part of the problem. And finally, if you want fast food pharmacy, then please go to another pharmacy. You don't complain when your doctor has important problems to solve, why are you complaining when you doctor of pharmacy does too? The best medical care requires attention to detail and a high level of knowledge and insight. You get that at Marcum's.
