Setting aside how you may feel about their political behavior, it's just not a good place to shop anymore. Today I was there and they had no lint roller refills. Not out of stock, they just don't carry them anymore. A wall of essentially identical new rollers with wasteful plastic handles. Presumably they make more selling the new sets and plastic waste be damned. An entire aisle of fruit gummies and applesauce squeezy packets, not a single package of raisins. In the entire store, not even the yogurt-covered ones (c'mon, they're basically candy- surely you can squeeze those in w the other sugary garbage?). The carts at this specific store either roll badly or not at all. I could go on and on. They're all tiny little nit-picky things which seem petty to even complain about, but they add up. I guess the people who make these decisions are betting (praying?) that people will keep shopping in spite of it. *They don't care if you complain as long as you keep spending.* The only thing consumers can do is vote w our feet. She promptly answered the phone which has not always been my experience at other Walmarts. She was very accommodating and helpful. She communicated everything very clearly and she told me I could come in and she would have a look at it. When I got there she worked with me for over 40 minutes arranging for me to get a reimbursement to replace the tire. She was friendly the whole time even though it was very busy and my issue was taking a while. She gave me different options and recommendations. She even said she would like to be there for my install when the tire came in so there would be no confusion. She told me when she was working and we based my install around both of our schedules so she could be there for it. SO NICE!!!! She went above and beyond my expectations! Whatever Walmart is paying her, it isn't enough! I am so thankful, I thought that whole experience was going to be such a headache but she made it painless! I'm so appreciative for her and everyone like her who works in customer service and actually wants to help the customer. On a recent visit found lots of updates to the stores appearance in clothing and Baby sections with new Lighting and Display Shelving. Aisles were more spacious and more cart accessible. This is a location that is always staffed well now that self checkout areas have been consolidated and are smaller. Something that needs to be done with Handicap Parking as over sized spaces are a waste when more spaces are what's needed more for the elderly. If I can't find it online it's a safe bet that the trip to this location will yield success of finding it. Grocery Coolers have all been updated as well will add pics from next visit soon.

I've been followed around by secret shoppers, and one of them even got so aggressive that he almost put his hands on me over a Hot Wheels car I never stole or even touched. On another visit, I watched an employee completely ignore an elderly man asking for help. She looked at him multiple times and said nothing, then suddenly claimed she didn't speak English--until I spoke up. When her manager arrived, she was even more disrespectful than the employee. Then, at checkout, a cashier turned her light off right as I got to her lane, said it was closed, and immediately turned it back on for another customer while smirking at me. It's unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows a complete lack of customer care. The only good part of this store is the electronics department--everyone else seriously needs retraining on basic respect and customer service.

Occasionally I'll buy some items here. I wouldn't say prices are egregious, that wouldn't be fair. But Walmart not too far away also wins in this department. The current development of the pharmacy now being closed on weekends couldn't be more untimely or befuddling. Can we predict when we need medication? Can we predict when we get sick? My work/life schedule doesn't always allow me to visit during the week. My wife really needed something this past weekend, and when I pulled up I whispered to myself, "not surprising, but oh so annoying." Other customers felt the same, with one audibly yelling something more profane. Well, they still got me. I ended up buying two random things while I was there.
