Maybe it is because I am a goblin, but made me feel represented. They did have Snapple Elements in stock, have not seen them forever and a day. And the lass was helpful for what I needed. To make a long story short, they do not have a protocol for picking up medications, if you test positive. I went directly from the ER to pick up the medication and wore two masks and used hand sanitizer. The technician yelled across the room saying she'd left a message for me to have someone pick up the med. I don't have anyone to pick it up. She continued to make a scene, in front of the staff and other customers, instead of going to plan B. It turns out plan B is to wait in the car for them to bring it to you. They could have told me that as soon as I arrived, instead of turning it into a spectacle. I felt humiliated. I never received an apology for being treated like an irresponsible outcast, even while being sick. I have followed all of CDC guidelines and more, since the beginning of the pandemic and am arguably more responsible than this pharmacy's staff. THE END

Wait times are reasonable and they take the time to know their customers. They are always very informative about prescriptions and answers questions as well. In addition, if you need a refill, they will message the doctor's office for you depending on the prescription. They also have a nice rewards system with in-store credit. Biggest negative pertains to the store, not the actual pharmacy. CVS is ridiculously overpriced and that includes their store-brand items. You can find the exact same items at Wal-mart much cheaper. For example, there was a $5 price difference for a dehumidifier cleaner fish. Same brand and type. On the plus side, there is a large variety of greeting cards, sale items, and groceries at this Main Stret location. I would recommend this CVS for your pharmacy needs.

Apparently this Supermax center does things different than any other Walmart and you have to "push a button" to get help, when there's no signs to tell you to push a button. And when you're from out of state where they actually do not treat people like dirt, and the items are not locked away like they were in this store, and where you don't have to push buttons for help, it takes a bit of getting used to. Remember, if you go here...push a button. You may not know what button to push, or what the button looks like, but push it!
