I made the trek at 6 am in a torrential downpour across town. I passed 6 other shops to get there and it was worth it, 100%. I first texted them the cost and how to place an order . The great thing is , they only need 1 day notice to make this ginormous cinnamon roll . Which is an amazing turn around time ! I placed the order on Jul 17th for pick on July 19th . They didn't require a deposit. Once I arrived on July 19th . It was 30 minutes till they closed and they were just the most sweetest people you could ever meet ! The place felt very inviting and cozy . So this is a family owned business . ( a couple with 1 kid ) Which made this experience even more better because I love supporting local business's! I know leaving great reviews and hearing how great of an experience everything was means so much to them . The lady ( Bonnie ) even threw in 2 free donuts for me having to wait . Which I had no problem with . She handed me my 5lb Cinnamon Roll and asked if I wanted the icing on top or on the top . I opted in for on the side since I knew it wasn't going to be eaten until later . She quickly told me the warm up instructions , which wasn't difficult at all ! What surprised me even more was the " icing on the side " was a tall styrofoam cup filled with icing .haha amazing ! Once the cinnamon roll was warmed up , it was phenomenal. It was not dry at all, and had a good soft texture. Overall , my experience was great ! They even offer giant donuts and giant apple fritters . I will defintely be reccomending this place to family and friends ! And ofcourse I will be back for another 5lb cinnamon roll !!

They have freezer sections, fresh cuts, vacuum sealed items, I'd even go as far as saying that if you needed something off-menu, they might be able to hook you up. The folks behind the counter were very patient, and super efficient. We ended up leaving with two maple blueberry breakfast sausages, two decent sized New York Strip steaks, 2 girthy Who Dat Balls, 2 giant stuffed chicken breasts (one Italian, one 4 cheese), a dozen boudin stuffed tamales, and two thiccc vac-sealed brisket burgers. Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. They have an array of your usual meats, plus a plethora of exotic and wild meats, and accompaniments. Some of their items can come pre-seasoned or pre-rubbed. Parking is easy on a weekend, but could be tight during rush. They also have a customer service reward program, so get your stamp on. The sides were both perfectly standard, but the burgers were anything but. The difference between these smash burgers and most is that these were real thick boys. I was kind of shocked how much food this was. The sauce was great, but I was already full around the halfway point of the burger. I don't say this to complain, but my favorite smash burgers are usually lighter than a normal burger. This was anything but. We ate these at 1:30pm and I didn't need to eat again the rest of the day. I finished with a pistachio cake slice and enjoyed that probably more than the burger. Cool concept! I'd love to come back again, especially to try today's special, which was a Chicago dog burger.
