Confusing the way they label what's on sale. Staff very nice , but the way things on sale are placed and labeled is wrong.

I placed an order online and had to come here to pick-up my item since no other location had it. All in all, it's a clean CVS with lots of parking located in a quiet part of town, but on a main road. The staff member who helped me was pleasant and courteous. On a side note, the shelves were stocked pretty well which I feel makes this CVS a hidden gem. read more

CVS Pharmacy - the front of a pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - LEONIA, New Jersey

Been here on several occasions and the pharmacy in the back has always been great. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with the few times I bought something in the front. Self check out or otherwise. Again friendly and helpful staff. Glad the receipts are now of reasonable length. Prescriptions filled quickly and if there are out of stock (happened once during pandemic), they searched for it at nearby locations. Plenty of parking in the back parking lot is super convenient, so don't know why some people are complaining about dangerous street parking in front. Only frustration is that this is a corporate CVS location but it runs like a local pharmacy. Automated call system and website are not integrated well and pretty inconvenient. read more

This review is for the pharmacy only. The people here are great. They go above and beyond to help with getting the best prices on subscriptions. I recently had a situation where a medicine was going to cost me 300.00 a month (after insurance) and they found me coupons that made it free. They probably deal with this nonsense all day long, but they stay friendly and patient! read more

Visited the Leonia CVS while having my car engine oil done right next to it & gas filled @ Delta. It is a quite spacious store, and was my first visit during the COVID-19 state of emergency announced & stay at home order signed on 3/21 (Saturday). It is usually a quiet store with great pharmacy selection. We intended to buy Tylenol- which we could not get today though. Always good to have a convenience store within walking distance !!!!! read more

Street parking is dangerous, hard to see your right blindspot because of the way street parking is designed. There is a parking lot but there is only one exit and all the parking spots are facing forward. This means you have to either do an awkward reverse job out of your spot or go down to the end of the lot and do a weird K turn to leave the parking lot. Selection is decent, staff is generally friendly. I wish CVS would stop printing coupons that is longer than Santa's Christmas list. Thank you for the paper scarf! Also, it sucks that they only accept apple pay. It would be awesome if they accepted chase pay as well. read more

I never give bad reviews but I arrived at this store at 9:46 to just grab one roll of tape. I know the store closes at 10pm and it's not the best to go so late but the store was open. When I arrived the door was locked and the employee inside looked at me and proceeded to watch me stand there. I then called and the employee did not answer the phone. Again I understand 9:46 is close to closing but if a store closes at 10 the doors should not be locked 15 minutes early with no customer service available for something as small as tape. read more

This review is only for the phamacist. They ignored customer with very bad attitute. I was there a little bit late last night and just wanna ask a simple question (I repeated several times )and two female phamacists did hear me but ignored me completely. How impolite they are! This CVS pharmacy is the worst. I arrived at pharmacy with text message that perscription ready. Waited 25 minute to be told It is not ready. No explanation for text message. 45 minutes to get perscription. Just awful! read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Always loose e-fax prescription. very rude, horrible and unprofessional technicians I ever had. They're not even wearing a mask. Horrible, Horrible and Horrible. I'm pretty sure technicians are happy to see this post, cause they're getting less patients. read more

Been going here for years now. I like two staff at the pharmacy but the rest are more to be desired. CVS has a policy to rotate their pharmacist every few months. This is bad mistake. Every time they rotate them I have to explain why my insurance company pays certain way for my prescriptions... it's a pain but thank god for permanent staff. They are always helpful and they know me so they end up fixing this issue every time. That is the only reason I go there. If they ever quite I most likely change pharmacy. read more

Why are they so lazy??? I needed to buy something important, went to two CVS, didn't find it on the shelf, checked online it's available in Leonia store. Then called to make sure they have before I drove there, but the lady who answered the phone was too lazy to check, just told me no stock. I told her CVS website said it's available in store, but she insisted no stock and asked me to buy online. read more

The pharmacists here have been nothing but helpful to me in light of some recent difficulty. They are kind, caring and while they may always appear busy and unapproachable, the opposite is true. They are first class and first rate and I am grateful to the great team there. A+++ read more

CVS's 25% off coupon received in the mail borders on a scam. It can only be used on items not on sale or offered as a special discount. Guess what? The majority of items fall into this category. You have to search the aisles to find items you can use the coupon on. Waste of my time. on a $55 bill my 25% off was $6.00 Don't use this chain. read more

been using their pharmacy for past 8 years. what a great staff!!!! honestly you can go anywhere to get meds filled. i love going here because of the staff that work there. that's the bottom line. great cust service, they know you by name.... it's a major chain but has a local drug store feeling. keep up the great work!!!! read more
