Other staff at the store has said that they frequently go on break 30 minutes before they are to close for the day, and other times they just go home early without notifying anyone. Waited an hour the other day while staff paged and searched for the optical staff, who apparently went home but left all the lights on and packages stacked up. We were then informed that they are getting a new company in January to take over due to the poor performance of the current company and staff. Hopefully it's better, and the staff is replaced.
