However, as a Lewisburg resident, I feel compelled to…read moreto write this due to the extreme amount of Weis truck traffic ignoring the route 15 detour and going through my downtown. Anytime of day you will see Weis truck after Weis truck jamming up downtown Lewisburg, because Weis wants to save a few bucks by not taking the detour to get to the Milton distribution warehouse. This is their choice. They are not breaking any laws. However, it is my choice to take my shopping from Weis to Giant. And, I have succeeded in getting my family and friends to shop at Giant. I figured conservatively, there's about $2000/month in sales switched to Giant because we're sick and tired of the truck traffic. And I know there must be even more people doing the same. Weis, by saving a few bucks in gas, you've lost lifelong customers.

So, we did the online order and arrived to pick it up; called in; were told the order was ready. I…read morewatched as people came and went, for 30 mins. I finally nabbed someone and asked for help. We stood there in the rain trying to figure it out. My order was not showing on her device. She asked if I was sure that I had placed it at the correct address. We were looking at my order, which showed the lewisburg address. As we were trying to figure it out, it suddenly showed that the order was picked up. I asked what I was supposed to do. She said that I had to call and request a refund. As I was needing a couple of the items for a meal that night, I ran into the store to buy the items. Of course, they were out of stock. I ended up having to spend money on substitutes. When i went home, we tried to do a refund. Well, we went through several tasks and several phone calls, before we decided to call the store manager. The pick up manager found our order that was still there. And we will be picking it up tomorrow. The staff is severely uneducated in their job and they also dont seem to be in a hurry to get the job done. For the 30 mins i sat there, I watched how they slowly delivered groceries while cars were waiting for a parking place. Not good business st all. Ih, and I did go on to try to leave my revieve on their site after the puck up was made and it wouldn't let me. Which led me to yelp.
