But when the caregiver showed up with my brother they refused to accept the card over the phone. I called the corporate office and while on the phone with them the pharmacy closed five minutes early. Even the main office was upset. My brother had to go without his life saving medication for two days! This pharmacy clearly has problems. Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy.

This last time there were some communication issues between…read morewhen the pharmacist on the phone quoted my medication being ready for pickup versus the app. I made a few phone calls to make sure I received my monthly medication correctly and on time. I've never had an issue nor had to make multiple requests for maintenance medication. The employees are still wonderful & helpful. I think the Walmart app needs some serious help.
