I was excited for the consistency and never having to question if they have enough etc. That went bad quickly when one Tech personally went out of her way to make everything difficult. I'd call and ask the status of an authorization and the first thing she'd immediatley said everytime I talked to her was: "You CANT pick this up it's early" I'd never ask to pick it up. It took 2 weeks for the authorization to go through. Jumping down my throat when I come in or check the status of it is unprofessional. The techs which you speak to at the window have a complete and utter lacking of human compassion, customer service skills, and poor knowledge of their own systems. I feel they're always calling some higher up over to help. Everytime I go there I've had to walk them through how to fill my RX and I've never stepped foot behind a pharmacy in my life ! I've never picked up my prescription paper UNFILLED and Walked away from a pharmacy before this moment. I've had it, I understand pharmacists need a level of paranoia to do their job well but that was just excessive, rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to this location, and I favor Bedford Walmart with half the stock than this zoo any day.

With Covid-19, we weren't allowed to have measurement/ordering time at the school so I personally had measure myself and order my own lab coat/scrubs/patches etc. They were very open to me coming to the store to pick up my uniforms instead of me having to pay the shipping charges. The woman on the phone was very thorough and helpful. She made the transaction seamless (I wish I got her name). All my items were ready for pick up within 7 business days. Very impressed. I called to say I'd pick up within the hour of them letting me know they were available for pick up and they accommodated to that. I knocked on the door when I arrived and she double checked everything was correct in the bag and off I went! I can't express enough at how impressed I am with their customer service. NH Hospital in the Cardiac dept,, she today broke her Stethoscope. Melissa really extended herself and it goes with notice and I had to tell. Melissa was able to help in expedite in paying over the phone and was able to pass the scope out in the street as my wife was taking her lunch to pick it up. They genuinely care and the sense of urgency is BIG with these guys. Melissa was even able to stay on the phone and help with directions and met my wife in the street (my wife was in her car) to pass off so she can get back to saving lives and doing her job.
