When I finally got their attention, they told me the scale was broken, which added more time to my wait. When I tried to buy some heated deli items instead, I found out there were none available, even though it was still early in the afternoon. She did provide me with the deli items. When I got home, I realized they gave me a pound of turkey instead of chicken, and it cost over $11. I'm not a fan of turkey, so I was very disappointed. I know that talking to the management won't help, as this store is the only one in town and seems to disregard customer concerns. I've also noticed expired items on sale and brought them to Customer Service, but they don't seem to take it seriously. I think the corporate office needs to investigate the situation at the Manning Walmart more closely.

I was referred here from a pharmacist at summerton drug store to obtain my second COVID…read morevaccination. When I arrived I was greeted by the pharmacist on duty. (There we're no other customers in the store). He informed me that he's they had the vaccine but they could not administer the shot on that day which was Saturday. He went on for ten minutes explaining why he couldn't administer the shot right then (because it could take up to ten minutes) and I would have to come back the following week. In the time he took to make excuses he could have given me the vaccine!!! I thought the pharmacist was there to help people and to administer a vaccine the fed government supplements them to give out!! The lack of compassion and just general lack Of customer service just has me so upset snd perplexed!! I think his behavior was inexcusable snd he should not be dealing with the general Public especially during a time of confusion and mistrust with the vaccine itself. His Job is to administer the vaccine snd assure people throughout the process of it all. Just beware of trusting people like this with your health . I would think twice about this establishment.

This is a very nice local pharmacy where you can walk in & walk out with medication in 5 to 10…read moremins. They also have some food speciaps they serve there & friendly staff. They are open on saturdays until 1pm. Most places online say ther are not open on satursay. But over all it is a nice place with good home town atmosphere. My favorite pharmacy i have found in Sumter. There is free street parking right out front also.

I had taken my Grandmother to her primary care physician for alarming symptoms that could have potentially turned serious if not treated urgently. She was Prescribed an Antibiotic After several hours of waiting for her former Pharmacy, C** to obtain the prescription electronically I was told it would still take a couple hours to fill. At 5:30pm, C** called to inform me that the antibiotic she required, Cipro was out of stock. (Why they didn't tell me this from the get go is beyond me) Needless to say I was in panic mode! I called Daniel's Pharmacy around 5:45-5:50pm. I knew they closed at 6:30pm and this was probably a long shot but I was desperately trying to find the medication my Grandmother needed! (My Grandmother is almost 90yrs old). WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now. They took the basic info I provided and contacted her previous Pharmacy to retrieve the Rx along with her Insurance info. They had her Rx ready by 6:10pm. A Prescription filled that fast is usually unheard of, obviously not at Daniels though. WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now!
