Went on Tuesday for my Covid booster at 5:00 PM and there was not enough staff in the store to get this done. Web site indicates that Tuesday through Friday 2:00 PM to 6 PM. The place and the staff are a mess, not to mention one of the two young ladies behind the counter was super rude. And store was quite empty with no customers or shoppers, I guess I was the last to find out?

They made a mistake upon billing my credit card but they did correct it right away upon reviewing my complaint. The individual who took my order gave me an incorrect price quote for one of the items (they were off by about 1/2). I found they did a good job on the actual order. They sell a hair foam with a combination of ingredients that is very difficult to get anywhere else. I would recommend this pharmacy to any patient. I suggest to make sure you get the cost in writing before giving your credit card.

If you frequent Walmarts, then you pretty much know their layout and stock - it's the same here. The main difference is that most things were well stocked and things looked generally clean. I actually found everything I needed on this trip. I hardly had any interaction with employees (which is always a good thing), but there were actually three friendly employees. Imagine that, friendly employees at a Walmart! Who'd have ever thought it was possible. Some of the aisles need to be widened, only because some customers can't seem to manage a cart and/or feel they have the right to block everyone else from accessing certain areas while they take their time. Speaking of, the customers of Walmart are typical - zombie-like, rude, oblivious, creepy, weird, smelly, clueless, selfish, and animalistic. This one had some of those, but not as many as other locations tend to harbor. This location shares the land with other businesses, but parking is pretty good space-wise. Most of the customers cause issues in the closer spots near the front, but if you park near the rear then you'll be free of that. The general area is a good one, so having an actual decent Walmart for the area is a good thing. I'd easily come back here again if I'm in the area and in need of a Walmart.

Each time I left a voicemail and never received a callback. When someone finally did call me back, the staff member only said "hello" once before abruptly hanging up. Then I called the store directly and was routed to the pharmacy, where the man answered with a noticeable attitude. He snapped that I shouldn't call back until I "know my dosage" -- even though I was simply asking if they had my medication available. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Pharmacies dealing with stimulant medications are already under strain from shortages and high demand. That context might explain delays, but it does not excuse this level of rudeness. If you're struggling to get your medication, spend your time calling other pharmacies--especially smaller independent ones or those outside high-traffic college areas. These tend to have more personal service and may be more helpful.

What a polar opposite experience today when Nicole wasn't there. First I had to wait 10 minutes to…read morehand over my script bcuz he kept answering the phone and not putting them on hold to take care of me. Finally he did come to help me. I was told previously that controlled scripts could be filled only 2 days before the 30 day mark and have been filled as such for the last 2 months by other employees. Today I went 2 days early as usual with my script ready to have it filled and pick up my other scripts that are ready and the guy working says it can only be filled one day early. So just disregard policy that the 2 other employees carefully follow. This pharmacy is not close or convenient for me so I try to get everything done in one stop but that was ruined. Then he tells me to go to the pickup end and he'll get the meds already filled and waiting. But the phone was again more important and after waiting another full 10 minutes i walked out. I was in the pharmacy for a half hour total and got nothing! Update, 6 hours later, same day. I call corporate to find out what their policy is for controlled scripts, explained what happened so she puts me on hold to call this pharmacist, great, maybe we'll get somewhere. She gets back to the phone and says he said he had a customer that morning asking the same questions and that he checked with another pharmacist (who told him what he should already know) and that he filled the script. Great! Hallelujah! However, he never called to let me know that it was ready! Had i not called to clarify and file a complaint i would have never known out could be picked up that night.
