Could be more convenient for travelers. It's the typical story. Went on vacation, forgot some essentials. We were staying in a nearby motel, and while the distance to this CVS was quite reasonable, their limited 9am-9pm hours certainly weren't. :/ I'm more used to drug stores being open early/late or even 24hrs in the event something urgent arises. But I will say that the employee at the front was very helpful. Being out of town and in a hurry, I asked where my items were and she helpfully stopped what she was doing to walk me to the aisle and show me the exact location. Absolutely hate this pharmacy. I call in the prescription refill and they tell me it will be ready by 1 pm that day. I wait a week to pick up. They don't have it. I have have someone research and then because my drs first name is wrong, that why it wasn't filled. ITS A REFILL. Why was it originally filled if his first name is wrong. No one is in a hurry. The drive thru is always packed and no one answers the phone. I really need to transfer my scrips out of this hot mess. read more

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Worst customer service experience time after time. Don't waste your time

The first time I came to get my medication by the doctor but they told me they not order them yet and tell me come back next few day. And i come back and other lady told me that they are NOT order for me yet and they goons order for me again . 3rd time i come they said they don't have enough medicine it's supposed to be 60 but they have only 30. And this morning I come back again other lady said I have to call my doctor the answer some questions on the internet. I mean why they dont tell us before that but they kept tell us come back and come back for nothing read more

Absolutely don't put yourself through the headache of filling a script here. They do not check their RX lines for scripts, the pharmacist is unorganized along with the staff, and be prepared to make several trips to get your medicine. Over the phone they say " it will be ready for you" when you arrive it's not ready and they cannot even locate your script. It's a complete joke! read more

I received a text my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes without one person acknowledging I was there. I went inside and waited at the counter for another 10 minutes before someone acknowledged I exist. This happens every time we have a prescription. HORRIFIC ORGANIZATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called CVS corporate months ago about the issue and was told the store manager would contact me within two days. Not surprised I never heard a word. We pulled our scripts and will NEVER use this CVS pharmacy again!!!!! read more

I haven't lived in this area very long but i can tell you not all CVS pharmacy are like ours here in Mason. We have the best pharmacy around ! They are very friendly, always making sure prescriptions are correct and always make sure if we need anything they are there for us. Great customer service ! Thank you ! read more
