So people have to consider a couple other factors in their reviews. What I consider is friendly employees and cleanliness of the location. With that said. I discovered last night, after coming home with my new c-pap machine, head harness and parts were billed to my insurance company at full cost! That is, I bought them outright instead of making monthly payments (rent to own), which is what we discussed and I agreed to. I visited their office today to change my billing cc from personal Visa to an FSA account. I also decided to call my insurance company while there to find out how much has been applied towards my deductible, thinking that if I made a down payment for the difference then my deductible would be met and any other related supplies the insurance company would pickup thereafter. Unfortunately, I have to now go through the process of having Lincare send a bill to the insurance company and then I will submit a payment. I get this. What I don't get is when the office manager came out and became impatient because I was on the phone with my insurance company after I told them what I was doing.? And then proceeded to bully me with a louder and louder voice until I spoke up. I told them what they did was wrong; telling me one thing, and doing another! They gave me a monthly amount I would pay and the number of months it would take to pay it off, but when I asked if what I had was a rent to own agreement, they said, "no, you own it." I was livid and I wanted an explanation, but all I got a blank stare. This experience has taught me many important lessons, but the biggest takeaway is I will NEVER use them again.
