Rod has always been attentive to our needs and gone out of his way to deliver parts or products ( we carry a couple of lines they sell) if we are in a pinch and can't wait for shipping. Rod has even gone as far as calling a competitor and having a part sent to us that he could not get in a timely fashion! We are so pleased with our sales rep Eric and even though his territory is now in Columbus, he still takes great care of us. Bottom line... They have exceeded our expectations for over a decade with courteous, prompt, professional service. I would recommend them to anyone.

The saleswoman treated me like I didn't know anything. And when it came time to ring me out, she argued with me about whether I was actually a professional hairdresser or not.
