Never use this store as your drop-off point for packages. They're unreliable and irresponsible. They rejected a small package of medication 3 times for lack of room causing me health problems. Their front store personnel are lazy and rude to customers, they treat people as if they're doing them a favor. They speak and carry personal conversations amongst themselves in front of customers. This is literally the most dis-organized, unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. I've lived in three different states, and have been on medication my entire life. I've never experienced such a miscommunication between the staff in such a serious industry. Peoples lives are at risk and the staff Does not care. They will call you and tell you that your medication is ready and when you arrive it's not ready and not only is it not ready but it's not even in stock. In addition, their system is always crashing providing for a yet further delay in delivering your medication. my recommendation is to find somewhere else because your health and your life is at risk in the hands of this pharmacy, and in the hands of the pharmacist, who is in charge here. read more

OK, so the theme song of 'ER' wasn't going on in the background when I walked in tonight with a case of the start of a flu http://youtu.be/sOWKpd6lzio But when after a marathon 36 hour day (plus a couple of long work days that even causes me to miss an Elite event) degenerated to a full blown sore throat and cold, this minute clinic hit the spot as far as getting me on some medication. I was seen by an ARNP who gave me a checkup, and sent the script directly to the pharmacy down the hall. She even told me that if it didn't get better to go to a full urgent care to get checked out. That's why I can't give them a full 5 stars. While they do have the ability to take bloodwork and some tests, they didn't do a throat culture. I also do appreciate the Cuban pharmacist recommending some home remedies as well. I guess the best time to come to one of these clinics is early on, when youre first starting to feel sick. Still, the store looks clean, well maintained and has all the essentials. It's where I stop when I need body wash, deodorant and razor blades. I'm happy with this store. read more

Quite possibly the worst cvs there is in terms of quality of service of the pharmacy itself. I have yet to go and NOT wait at MINIMUM of 30 min to pick up prescriptions. The last time I went I had oral surgery done and my doctor called in the meds 4 hours before I went to pick them up and they STILL weren't ready, had to wait another hour to go back and get them. Avoid at all costs, there's better and faster pharmacies nearby including the cvs on 154 and 67th. read more

This place is hit or miss there is a night time cashier named Reina who goes out of her way for you she was very helpful in helping me find a lint remover I could t find actually stepped out of the counter to help. This CVS is located right next to a Starbucks, gas station, and chipotle so it's location is very convenient for errands and such. It's on the smaller side, so you may not find certain food items, pet care items, bath items etc if you get smaller or specialty brands. However, for most things, this cvs is a good spot and will probably have what you are looking for. The pharmacy here is fast, and the employees are pretty nice. The lines here sometimes can grow to be a bit long and slow, because not many people will be manning the front and the cvs will get a mini-rush, so until other staff come to help, the lines can be slightly backed up. This pharmacy has to be the worst I've ever encountered. Every time I go for Drive-Thru Service no lie it's a min 30min wait!!! Even if you go inside you also have to wait. It's unbelievable how they can possibly be so slow. At times I've come to pick up a prescription late after 5pm when the doctor placed the order as early as 9am and they still don't have it ready. The really need to hire more people for the pharmacy. read more

The staff at this CVS is super nice the only problem is, the lack of staff. I always feel horrible when visiting the pharmacy. The line is always huge and there's usually only one or two staff members to handle the big line plus the drive thru lanes. Somehow they manage to although take a while, they do it with a smile on their face and are beyond helpful. I blame corporate. Same applies for the clerks from the regular store, one clerk to handle the photo side plus the cashiers. Incredible! That staff is amazing considering the circumstances. read more

I'm a doctor and I have had a bad experience with This pharmacy. They never pick up the phone. I have been for about 2 hours on the phone and nobody has picked it up. I gave up calling to prescribe any medication. I had decided to write prescription instead. The lines there are huge and slow plus your medicine sometimes are not even ready when you go to pick them up so you have to go many times. I do not recommend this pharmacy. read more

Location is great, parking is never a hassle, and I always find what I need and if for some reason I can't find something, they employees are very helpful. This is the closest CVS to my house. Service at the pharmacy should be at par with other CVS's in the area, well that is. Not the case, if you use the drive thru, it's a minimum of 15 minutes if you go inside it's the same minimum 15 min wait. On the phone I am now at 20 minutes and. On one picks up. My blood pressure medication is not being refilled instead my other prescription is benign filled twice per month. Have spoken with the mom about it and nothing changes. I am sorry but I will need to change to another CVS away from this one. read more

Went to pick up Medicine at CVS on 154th Miami Lakes Dr. and 82 ave. I waited in line to speak to Pharmacy 15 minutes later I spoke to a very nice lady who told me to speak to CVS Manager so he could show me where the medication was. He pointed me to the area where the medication would be. I looked but could not find the medication. I went back and asked the manager for help. He told me to google it to see where they sold the medication. He found the picture of the medication online and said this what it looks like. I went back to the section and found something that looked like the picture he showed me. I walk over to the front register the lady told me the cost of the medication and I asked if my insurance would cover the cost and she sent me back to the pharmacy so they could help me. At this point I had been at CVS over an hour. When I got to the Pharmacy section there were five people waiting for service so I went back to the front register left the Medication there and went to Publix where I found the same medication for much less and I was in and out in 15 minutes. read more

I'd love to give this CVS five stars, but the fact they are so under staffed makes it annoying! Everyone that works here is very friendly. They are willing to help you find an item, a correct price, etc. The problem is sometimes the same cashier is the one who has to help you in the aisle. read more

This CVS is 24 hours. I actually changed to this CVS rather than others that are closer due to the fact that they are always open. I can pickup my prescription at 3 am no line. Imagine that. Horrible service! I ordered a picture mounted on a panel at 9am and they said it would be ready in an hour. I returned at 12:30 and not only was it not ready but no one hada clue of what was going on! They didn't even know what a panel was or how to put the picture on. When someone takes the time out of their busy schedule to write a long review, we should listen to what they have to say. Today i went to this CVS pharmacy to exchange a prescription that was given to me incorrectly to begin with. i explained my situation to the young lady at the drop off counter and told her I needed an exchange. Somewhat dumbfounded she had to ask her supervisor about what she had to do to correct this. Even after asking her that i needed an exchange she referred me to the young lady who was busy with the drive thru line. In the mean time, while I'm waiting for the drive thru girl she decides to help her family members who got there instead while i waited for what should've been a quick exchange. (Yes I overheard her conversation)The drive thru attendant proceeds to give me a refund and sends me on my way. When i asked whats going on the original drop off girl then decided to stop talking to her family members and now attend me again in a manner where her supervisor would not notice whats going on. Her supervisor who was sitting five feet away caught on but was too busy on the phone. She should've taken the initiative to help me. By now i had already been there at least 20 minutes. Mind you the place was empty. She asked me to come back to the drop off counter where she apologizes for the confusion. I don't feel it was confusion, just lack of training in customer service and weak supervision. I was highly upset but i kept my composure and finally had my prescription corrected. I felt there was no sense in talking to the supervisor because she should've done her job initially. Just my opinion I thing a customer thats in front of you is more important than someone who's on the phone. I blame myself for this because this is not the first time I've had an issue with this cvs. I refuse to go back. If anyone has info on contacting corporate please send me a comment. DO.NOT.PATRONISE!!!! Pharmacy technicians may be nice but give out wrong information, and it is a MISSION to pick up RX without being given the runaround regarding insurance reimbursement. Was asked to fill out a CVS required form on my third visit to pick up an RX and was told that the form was required by the insurance company. I asked for the phone number to the insurance company and was given the number to a third-party vendor that is the pharmacy's help-desk. I finally got through to the insurance company and was told that the form is not theirs, nor something they require. Almost 40 minutes later and I find out that it is CVS that requires the form to be filled out and it should have been filled out and signed the FIRST time I picked up meds. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!! GO TO WALGREENS, GO TO WALMART, BUT IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, DON'T TORTURE YOURSELF WITH CVS. read more

Awful awful customer service in the pharmacy!! One of my coworkers quit abruptly and I've had to take on all her work hence I've had to stay at work till 9pm every day. I went to this cvs pharmacy out of necessity because the wonderful cvs I usually go to was closed. I was traveling at 7am the next morning and my prescription would run out during my time away. Pharmacist was completely uncooperative not explaining why my prescription was incorrectly priced and telling me he had to charge me 4 times the cost of what I normally pay without even taking new my insurance card information to process it. I asked repeatedly for him to input my new information and he kept saying it couldn't be done without giving a reason. I was beyond furious and frustrated to the point of tears. I left empty handed and extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at the pharmacy. Don't recommend anyone go there ever!!!!! read more
