I use this pharmacy for prescriptions that get filled monthly and sometimes more often than that. The staff has always been helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and gone the extra mile to phone my doctor to re-up prescriptions if mine are out of date or in disorder which they often are. They are sensible and reasonable; I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for. I've never had a bad experience, and I consider myself something of a complicated/problem customer. read more

If I could give this specific CVS zero star I would. The store itself is fine. What I have issue with is the actual pharmacy itself. I have a simple prescription that I'm supposed to pick up monthly. When I first started my prescription at this pharmacy, they asked me if I'd like the prescription to be auto filled every month. Of course I said yes that be great. But it was never ready when I was supposed to pick it up. So six months into my prescription I finally asked the pharmacist what I have to do to have my prescription auto filled, they said oh we just need a phone number. I said well why didn't somebody tell me that six months ago I've been calling assuming that my prescription would be ready and it never was. So today I went to pick up my prescription and of course again no prescription, they said they're really backed up even though I called ahead they said it'd be ready in one hour, I arrive two hours later, not ready, I wait for an additional 20 minutes still not ready. Then the pharmacist that originally helped me left for the day and somebody new came in so I asked them again can I have my prescription. He said with a very rude attitude 'oh it's been ready for a while'. Well thank you, I'm moving my prescription elsewhere. read more

I've used this pharmacy for years but as time has gone on I've noticed the pharmacy staff just get more and more rude. I'm tired of getting attitude and being treated like a total inconvenience every time I go to pick up my prescription. Wish I got the name of the lady I had last time. I've used other CVS pharmacies for years. I returned to NH recently and since I used this location before I started to use it again. I needed several new prescriptions and called to get prices since I knew they would not be covered by insurance. I called others, Walgreen's, Rite Aid, and Osco and they gave me prices. This CVS would not, and told me I had to bring in the Rx and they had to enter it in the computer before they could give me a price, that's ridiculous! I thought this was odd, so I called a week later about another prescription and same thing. I bought my 3 Rx at Walgreen's across the street. No more CVS for me. read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever! I called in a refill for my prescription Sunday night for pickup Wednesday at noon. I show up Wednesday at 130pm and it's not ready! And this isn't the first time this has happened! Why do you ask me when I want to pick it up if it isn't going to be ready?? I go to this pharmacy because it's convenient to my business. I guess I'll be going out of my way to another pharmacy from now on! read more

Great new pharmacy manager in the store! All pharmacy staff is very courteous and professional. Overall, very impressed.

It has become increasing difficult to get a prescription filled at this location. The employees are flustered as there is not enough help. i complained to the manager last month. Today, I have spent the last 1.5 hrs in the car waiting. I have the flu and just want some cough syrup with codeine. I called to make sure it would be ready before leaving the house- they said 15 minutes. i left home 2 hrs later only to be told I would have to wait 20-25 minutes. Quite ill with flu. Quite disappointed in CVS. read more

Pharmacy is not good. Drop off script, they say it's all set.... Then they call later saying thy can't fill bc of a new policy. I ask when the policy went into effect pharmacist says last week. Talk to my dr. Who wrote prescription and CVS in Nashua on main st. They both say they don't know what this pharmacy is talking about. Bottom line is a lot of running around for no reason- will not go here again read more

Pharmacy is terrible; they open late, are always confused/clueless, and Rx are never on time. I only go here because I live a few blocks away and it's the only pharmacy nearby that accepts express scripts. Otherwise, trust me, I'd not be back. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If I could give negative, stars there would be at least 2. I have had 4+ experiences with prescriptions not being ready, in spite of the fact that they were called in. I have given them plenty of time to have them ready (calling in the morning or the night before). Having to wait an hour plus for something that should have been ready and waiting is ridiculous. The worst visit was post knee replacement pain meds. We had to wait more than an hour and I was in so much pain, my husband & daughter had to practically carry me into the house. I feel that this store is extremely understaffed as far as cashiers & pharmacists are concerned. I've been at the front counter and the pharmacy is calling the cashier to the pharmacy and she already has 5 or 6 people in line. When I'm at the pharmacy, the have a steady line of customers (anywhere from 7 - 10 people) waiting to be helped, plus people sitting waiting for prescription that are not ready. I have sent in 2 formal complaints to customer service but I haven't seen any real improvements. read more

This pharmacy, which I have been a loyal customer at for the last decade, has become unbearable to deal with. They are under-staffed. They are dis-organized. They don't feel the need to let me know that they are unable to fill prescriptions when they are out of stock, to save me the trip into the store. On two occasions this past year, they have made mistakes on the dosages of my medications. My most recent frustrating experience was being told, after waiting in line for a much-needed prescription, that they would be unable to fill it because the closing time had been reached and their computer system "automatically locks them out", so I would have to come back in the morning. You know what--- I want a pharmacy that is run the way a pharmacy should be run-- by professional people... good, smart people that are empowered to be exceptional at what they do-- which is provide a service-- medical expertise as well as good judgement. People that care about what they do, and about their customers. I don't have time to be driving back and forth to a pharmacy because they can't get things right. I'm not OK with the concept that I can't get a prescription at the exact minute the store closes because "a computer locks them out"--- that really sounds like a stupid computer system. Doesn't it? Wouldn't you think that smart people would program such a fancy computer system to allow a few minutes to help the people that were still in line (due to the under-staffing, etc). so many issues with this store, i'm glad they got robbed. the managment aspect of the pharmacy is totally unprofessional, disorganized, and out of wack! the young bearded male parmacist does not know what hes doing, he runs around "trying to fix" some issues with customers unsuccessfully, but usually makes his minions do the dirty work! he talks down to his staff constantly, which makes them feel like shit(i.e. micromanaging), especially the ones that do not choose to kiss his ass. what management allows to happen there is immoral, unethical, and unjust! do not fill your scripts here because not only is this shit going on, your meds will most likely not be ready on time anyways! read more
