Great family oriented pharmacy who truly cares about their customers and their employees. A great alternative to big box pharmacies.

Service is slow, and prices are ridiculously high. Employees are nice, but more can be done to service customers a little faster.

Would, give a ZERO star for this company but Yelp makes me leave at least one. Horrible company!…read moreBeware! Poorly trained people. Awful customer service, rude, billed me for items I never received. Billed me on a recurring basis without telling me upfront. The manager is so poorly trained, she doesn't understand basic business. She (LISA) was appalled when she disparaged her own employee, and I said "It's not her fault it's yours! You're the boss and the buck stops with you!" The manager was indignant and refused to take responsibility for an employee who didn't understand their job. Lisa is not management material but oh well...apparently she's perfect for Rotech. It is my opinion, this company is a predatory operation profiting off of the elderly who are vulnerable, sucking up Medicare dollars.

The vent that they sent us home with was faulty and the therapist that we were assigned to stopped responding to us completely. The next day the machine was replaced and things have worked fine since. Every month I call to order supplies and then I have to call back because the order is never processed. The last 2 months I've received boxes of supplies I can't even use. My son is 6 months old and uses a cannula for room air- it's been like this since he came home. Last week I received an adult sized mask, as well as cannulas literally with prongs no bigger than a toothpick, and tubing that doesn't work with the system. Imagine paying over $900 a month for medical supplies and receiving a box of the wrong products.... "Welcome to Rotech- that's for being a valued customer- here is a box of random supplies." Calling is a joke. Hold times are unbelievable, and getting a call back is next to impossible. It shocks me that Boston Children's Hospital would refer out such a lousy company. I was going to wait to post this until my son no longer needs the supplies, but I can't imagine customer service getting any worse.
