It's walk-able from the downtown areas like Publix, Pizza Hut, Pesaros, and Papa Gio's (This review is brought to you by the letter "P"). This CVS has everything your typical neighborhood pharmacy should have, Prescriptions, Pop, Pills, Pretzles, Pantyhose, Pens, Paper, Presents, Perfume, and Candy (too important to leave out). During the pandemic, the employees were wearing masks and were friendly and helpful. They had tables in place to keep your distance when checking out and they were able to type my phone number in for their rewards and didn't make me touch the keypad. I can't ever get my prescription from here. They always tell me they need another form from my doctor, or they tell me my insurance doesn't cover it. I have called CVS Caremark, I have called my insurance, I have called my doctor BACK AND FORTH for almost 4 f*king months. Nobody ever gives me a clear answer on whats going on from ANY department. My doctor does their part with sending the correct forms. CVS NEVER tells me what they need. Every single time I call in medication AHEAD of time because I don't want to run out, I end up running out and getting withdrawals every single time from my medication because nobody in this god forsaken store can help me. read more

The hours are 8:00 to 10:00 Monday through Sunday, with the pharmacy open 9:00 to 9:00 on Monday through Friday and 10:00 to 5:00 on weekends. Inside is bright and clean, though on this trip the outside could use a power wash. Staff is friendly and courteous, which always makes the shopping experience a bit better. read more

This cvs has the worst customer service you will ever encounter. No matter when you show up or what day of the week. There's a lady that works in the front that will always give you an attitude if you ask for help. At the pharmacy there's a younger guy probably about 20s, blonde. He is also horrible at customer service. The pharmacy doesn't have what you need most of the time. Always saying "oh we have to order that." It's happen to my family multiple times. For different types of prescriptions as well. We now find ourselves driving further away because this CVS is horrible. read more

I was in dire need of a pair of pantyhose. True story. I was in Orlando for an interview, and had been hanging out in Marco Island for the previous week and a half. Downside was I got eaten up by mosquitoes and my legs looked a bit thrashed. Anyway, found the nearest CVS, and found what I needed. The cashier was super helpful (he pointed me to the right aisle), and was very friendly when I was checking out. The store was clean and organized. read more

This place is one of the most decent CVS pharmacies I have been to. The staff is nice, welcoming and understanding. The store is always very organized, clean and basically empty. Never long lines! Just which they would open until midnight, at least. They close pretty early. read more

The pharmacy staff is top notch. They all have been very helpful with getting meds transferred here and navigating any issues we've had.

I always enjoyed the staff at this location however the pharmacist they now have lacks manners and is very unprofessional. Even the staff at my Dr.'s office said he was rude. I no longer feel comfortable giving them my business. They don't even deserve one star at this point. read more

Staff is very nice and helpful. I'd give the pharmacy a 100% if it wasn't because of a pharmacist name E. González. This person has the worse attitude. He is rude, he has no sense of courtesy and when you question him, his reaction is to chuckle and to make comments such as: "right, because you know the medications better than me?" Well we you serve an acne medication instead of a sleeping medication, yes I apparently know more than you and then, rather than apologizing for the mistake, he blames other staff members. I've had this problem two times already with different medications. Sometimes I have questions and I wait until pharmacist Rodriguez is in to ask him. It would also be nice if the pharmacy would open earlier in the morning and until late on weekends. read more

This has been my go-to pharmacy for years and they've been great but it seems they've changed pharmacists recently and it's not a change for the better. I have had a prescription phoned in twice in the past week and when I go to pick it up, they can't find it. Of course, they never answer their phone so the doctor's office has had to leave it on their voicemail so maybe that's the problem. I called for a refill on another prescription and it was to be ready yesterday. Went today and they hadn't touched it yet. Terrible, terrible service! And while I was waiting (far too long while they bumbled around looking), the same thing was happening to the man next to me. Time to let Publix fill my scripts. read more

This Pharmacy is so bad. Let me just start by saying.. RUDE. I came here with my roommate to get her vaccine shot. They took forever to help us when there was 6 of them working and when giving the shot they were very distracted and seemed like they weren't paying attention at all. Then YELLED at us to move when we were literally sitting where they told us to sit.. Makes no sense to me. Anyway continuing on, after we moved the guy continued to talk bad about me TO THEIR CUSTOMER!! I'm sorry but that's not okay. After the shot he told us we could leave when instead they are supposed to tell you to sit for 15 minutes to make sure you don't have a reaction to the shot. This is not okay and not acceptable. I went in the store to go get drinks and candy. While I was getting my stuff that I needed and went to go look for my friend. An employee pulled my friend to the side and told her to put her bag to the front and then told me to do it as well. When I went to go put my bag to the front, she told her co-worker she was working with that we were attempting to steal the items we had gotten and that my friend and I looked sketchy. If I were tying to steal I wouldn't be getting multiple items that were not able to fit in my bag. Worst cvs I have ever went to. read more

This is where I take all of our prescriptions. The pharmacy counter employees are all friendly and helpful. The prescriptions are ready fast. This location is usually pretty empty so you can get in and out pretty quick. I like the ExtraBucks program CVS has and their offers but I always forget to use my hard-earned Extrabucks before they expire. Either that or I lose them. read more

I hate this pharmacy!!!! They are always rude and never have any medication that is prescribed by providers!! My husband recently had a knee surgery and of course they were "out" of the narcotic pain medication prescribed! Fortunately my husband didn't want it anyway and survived on ice and Tylenol. Also my son is prescribed adderrall for ADHD and they are never able to fill that script either!!! The pharmacist is rude! read more

Worst Pharmacy! If I had a the ability with my insurance to fill at Walgreens still for my kids, I would. The Pharmacy staff try override the doctors words all the time. They don't try to work with you, everything is not their problem. I have very good insurance and low copay so that is not the issue, it is just the smart remarks from everyone. read more
