Disturbingly rude and disrespectful, continuous arrogant behavior of pharmacy staff, dishonest and…read moretherefore engaging in pure disingenuous attitude of people that have no place in any customer service let alone health "industry or domain" in which patients depends on their medications, while this pharmacy personnel is being allowed to thuggery decisions based on their own personal vendetta due to previous complaints including reckless and careless behavior of incompetence and sloppy job performance affecting others, let alone their own systems that are confusing making customers to drive back and forth to this Walgreen location for no apparent reasons other than waste of gas and time as well as money that Walgreen staff don't care or pay back which is nothing more than rip off and evil behavior of such overall criminality.. nothing but lies and deceiving encounters all in my own experience and opinion, let alone the other somehow similar NEGATIVE comments left by other customers, which this store as well as the corporate which I complained about my horrible experience did not care apparently, while such disgusting behavior still persist, and yes they do call people to come and pick up "meds" that the Walgreen try to push out due to inflated prices too in my opinion..

When a prescription is due for a fill he will ignore it until you come to pick it up he then tells you that they are out of the medication and he does not have any idea when they will get it in. This Pharmacist just tells you to take you business elsewhere. He has also antagonistic with all of the Doctor's offices in Oroville and the ones I deal with will no longer deal with this guy. I have the feeling he wants to get paid to be a Pharmacist but does not want to deal with customers at all. I will continue to shop in the store as they have the freshest food and best employees in town, but NEVER again for this RX as long as he is there.

Went to Robert's Drug at a later date, and the owner got very defensive and angry and refused to talk to me! ALL over a $3.50 lip balm. I will never give them my money again. They deserve a -5 star.
