They have a drive thru as well. They get Very busy now that Rite Aid and I guess Walgreens are both closed. Most of the employees are nice with a few exceptions. The employees working in the store and not the pharmacy are very helpful and kind! I personally go to my own local pharmacy where there is no wait!

Overall sucks. Are not allowed to use the restroom. Customer service is the worst. I got some really good deals on veggies and meats. But beware of the EXPIRATION date on meats and salads ! They have a nice cake selection and decent deli. I got cat good for an elderly lady that I try to help since times are tough for her. I also got a pretzel on the way out ( from the inside Subway) which was tasty! I haven't been here at this store in a couple years..unfortunately I see homeless people that are stealing and then just walking out the door...sad! What happened to checking the receipt when you walk out? The cashier was friendly. I just like to get in and out of this place! It's a much needed place in Oroville because it has alot to offer..electronics...food...makeup..etc. at a discounted price. When a prescription is due for a fill he will ignore it until you come to pick it up he then tells you that they are out of the medication and he does not have any idea when they will get it in. This Pharmacist just tells you to take you business elsewhere. He has also antagonistic with all of the Doctor's offices in Oroville and the ones I deal with will no longer deal with this guy. I have the feeling he wants to get paid to be a Pharmacist but does not want to deal with customers at all. I will continue to shop in the store as they have the freshest food and best employees in town, but NEVER again for this RX as long as he is there.

They have a delivery service that is convenient, and the driver is super nice. The service is usually pretty prompt, especially if you're physically there to wait for your meds. The only drawback is they are closed on Sundays, but since they're a smaller business, that's to be expected, and that minor fact is worth not going back to other pharmacies.

Management is poor and discrimination is a thing. I stayed with my mom 24/7 and some of the staff were cruel with me while others were angels. My mom's mobility required 2 persons which I was one of them doing it with complete love. However, I was mistreated by management through passive aggression including verbal insults. The center refused to allow my mom additional days of therapy because the nurse director "did not like me and my sick mom".
