Our pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30-2 for lunch or something. Don't understand why they cant staff, maybe hire someone. It's after that the rude lady at the window tells me the pharmacist won't be able to do anything for another 45 minutes. If it's to difficult to find people who give a crap why not turn your place into a taco stand. I'll be going to another pharmacy every chance I get. This isn't near the first time I've been told during working hours that there unable to help, pharmacist gone or busy. Find a better one. read more

They are woefully understaffed in the pharmacy, which can only be rectified by corporate allowing more employees to be hired. Despite that, the majority of the folks that work here are kind, courteous, and helpful. Lines can be long during peak hours, as with any business. I've been doing business here for decades. The new pharmacists are much kinder than the ones who worked here in 2023. read more

I see why CVS Pharmacy has a 2.0 rating now. I had my doctor called in a prescription for me because I was trying to transfer all my prescriptions to them but they told me it could not be filled because it was too early. it was the exact date it should have been filled. so called my doctor and they said not sure why they would not fill it then called my insurance and they said it would be fine to fill it that day so I called the pharmacy that filled it last time. picked it up that afternoon. I will not be doing business there again. I am disgusted to the way the woman talked to me. not only this but I tried to call the other day and the phone ran for 15 minutes so hung up then today it rang a long long time but not 15 minutes. They are great and helpful here. They're usually starting on the meds as soon as I walk in the door right from my appointments :) They're usually pretty busy as they don't have many people working in the pharmacy right now but I don't mind waiting. They're nice people. read more

Quite a few times now, they claim I picked up medicine that I did NOT pick up. Insurance is paying for meds I'm NOT getting! I'll be video recording everything, opening the bag (on MY camera) so I can prove in court you are commiting insurance fraud as well as endangering the lives of your customers/victims. Idk if you're pushing things through ahead of time and refusing to fill because the computer shows it's been filled, or if you are intentionally ripping people off. I need my COPD medication. I reported this to my insurance company and they allow themselves to be ripped. I can't get my medicine for another two weeks. At that point, your malpractice will be on camera! read more

Horrible, I sat in the drive through at the CVS on Frederica Street for 15 minutes waiting on the car in front of me. The lady handed them something and looked back at me and the other car behind me, when I got up to the window it was closed and loved, because they all went to lunch. How can you leave customers hanging like that? This Pharmacy has always been horrible, but that was stepping to a new low. I won't be back. read more

This is hands down the WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to. They never answer the phone. I literally have been on hold for almost an hoir several times. I can never find the status of my scripts. I finally got a live person who called me to tell me my scripts were ready. I told them I would pick them up. I go to pharmacy and 1 of the 4 scripts were ready. I would have to wait 30 minutes???? This has been the worst pharmacy experience. Good thing there are lots of choices in this town. I am emailing corporate and the 800 is of no help as they never followed up on my last complaint with this store. They have lost my business including retail with this horrible treatment. The pharmacy department has ruined this store for me. They are rude and completely incompetent. Their prices are ridiculous and they will not attempt to research any discounts. Walgreens had my rx for $35 while CVS charged me $177. They refused to give me an adjustment. I have consistently overpaid while being subjected to their rudeness and complete disregard of customer service! They don't fill in time, they lose faxes AND medications..... Absolutely impressed with this pharmacy. I am a first time customer at this location. Pharmacy hours were incorrect online so I ended up showing 6 minutes after closing. Cari greeted me with a smile and didn't mention the store was already closed. I figured that out and when I asked her about it, she said she didn't mind. She wanted to make sure she helped us. After that, Aaron processed the prescription and noticed it was pricey. Even though he should have been off the clock, he offered to search for a coupon and saved us $40. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for a couple years now and recently have been having trouble getting any new prescriptions. I have had to recall my doctor's office multiple times to request my prescriptions be sent again. I am not sure if this is a problem with CVS's pharmacy or my doctor's office but I did not used to have this problem when I went through Wal-Mart's pharmacy or when I first started using CVS. However, being a diabetic & working all the time I usually don't get a chance to refill prescriptions until I am almost out so it is very important that I get my prescriptions when they are sent the first time. The employees in the CVS pharmacy understand this and have even given me an insulin pen out of a box of 5 until I could get the prescriptions worked out with my doctor's office, which is something I am sure they are not allowed to do but was very beneficial to me as I need insulin to live. I only wish they could get the communication worked out better between the pharmacy & my doctor's office. I do not believe I should have to call multiple times to get the same prescriptions filled. read more

Took my son in to get burn medicine. Talked to someone about the workers' comp claim. Was told to wait there. When they noticed us again they sent us to another line. We were there before anyone in line, but they sent us to the back of the line. My son's burn was weeping and dripping as we waited-we couldn't dress the burn without ointment to prevent sticking. When I asked the second clerk why they made us wait twice in two separate lines, she rudely told me there were steps to follow. When I told her we could have been in line before the others and still followed the steps (the medicine was ready on a counter while we waited in the second line), she cut me off with "I don't know why."
