Waited 2.5 hours for a tire change. Just to find out they weren't even able to do the tire change because they don't carry the lug nuts for the tire? Huge waste of my day. Manager said there were appointments scheduled before they could work on my car but the bay was consistently empty and no customers waiting. I checked every 15 minutes or so to see if my car was even yet. Thank god for discount tire who fixed the issue in 5 minutes and for free.
