It's understable that having a CVS is very handy for pharmacy needs and store. We've been using it for many years with having its up and downs when picking up our medicine, due to costs and also recently, prodiving a medicine they didn't have but did have under a different name we weren't aware of, like really now!! We need pharmacists and that's one thing, but having the time and patience to looking things over needs to be improved big time. On the store side, no problems with finding what we need while everything looks pretty well stocked. Assistance seems to be provided from the front end probably assuming on the time of day. I've never encountered a sale floor worker on every visit, but again, maybe I'm there at a certain time. Personally, there should always be someone out on the floor regardless there or working in the back. Despite these problems, CVS has it all to get the job done. read more

I wish I could give this zero stars! I just waited 25 mins on the drive through line with my crying kid in the back seat. He has a ear infection. I tried to call while online but got to the window before anyone picked up. Come to find out they only have half of what I need n I would have to get back online. The line now was around the building 10 cars long! It was only 3 cars in front of me when I waited 25 mins! The lady was so rude told me well I couldn't come in bc my son was sick I said why can't I just wait here while you mix it I just wanted almost 30 mins with my kid in pain. She told me if I didn't move she would call the cops! I drove around n went inside there had to be 20+ people in line inside! I have never seen worse service. January 23, 2025 - got text Rx was ready to pick up. Waited in line 15 minutes, only one pharmacy register opened [never seen more than one open in years]. Someone in line mentioned two customers before us left in frustration [I had witnessed this in past]. Was told at register Rx would be ready in 10 minutes. I said, "no, it won't" based on past experience, and asked why I was advised it was "ready to pick up." "It'll be ten minutes" was response. I left, returned in half an hour, got Rx, got home, and saw that the dose appeared wrong. Called MD, said CVS filled old Rx and did not follow the new one. While this was first time they screwed up the Rx itself, the waiting and lying about the Rx being ready when it was not was typical. I had my MD change my default drugstore to the other big chain which will hopefully do better. I really miss the local drug store era. Oh, and don't expect to speak to anyone at the pharmacy without going through the menu for 5-6 minutes, and then no answer for the longest time, though sometimes it's better. The customer has to fit their menu and "AI" system, not the other way around. Good riddance, CVS! read more

Understaffed and in complete disarray. Infuriating on multiple visits. I know there are staff shortages everywhere, and I wouldn't mind waiting longer or coming back later, but this is beyond that, and into utter dysfunction/meltdown territory. Also, their online vaccine scheduling portal is so poorly designed as to be essentially unusable. read more

Four times at least CVS has called me to pick up my prescription. I have told them each time that I do not want them to automatically refill my prescription. That is up to my Doctor and me. They have no way of knowing whether I want to continue with a certain prescription or discontinue. If this happens once more I'm switching to another pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy dept is unprofessional. Back and forth between phone calls and in person. CVS makes the customer call their insurance company instead of the pharmacy calling. When you go pick up your meds, they flip the price back, after the customer does all the leg work. To top it off, instead of investing the information you give them, the 20 something year old argues back & forth and quotes you a price, of what it could be without insurance. Dumb Goat-- are you listening? I put back $300 worth of cosmetic and products snd left. Never will I step foot in CVS. read more

I started using CVS years back when I was working close to this location. I no longer work nearby & travel to this location due to the courteous and usually prompt service I received. But in the last several years the competence of the staff along with their attitude is a big disappointment to say the least. I was able to depend on the auto calls to alert me to a filled prescription. But several times that I have been notified to pick up, when I arrived the prescriptions were not ready and I was told not able to refill, for some up to 3 weeks. I asked, why was I called and was told to call corporate, I have also run out of meds due to their errors. I was once given a prescription that I did not recognize, so I called my doctors office & was told they did not order it & be sure not to take it. Only so much can be blamed on Covid. CVS corporate should pay attention to the counter line & not just profit margins. I do not know if other pharmacy's are better or not but I believe it is time for a change. read more

I don't know whats going on but I have been there 3 times in the last 4 days and l left every time. The drive through window was had a very long line, so I went inside and that line was no better. There one was person working the window and the counter. I felt bad for her and this seems to be happening a lot there. read more

Kind and efficient service every. single. time. I'm there often for: cards, make up, snacks, silly seasonal decorations, food, etc. We were just there for our flu shots. Service was quick and the shots only hurt a teeny little bit, unlike the Covid shot which I swear I didn't feel at all. read more

The pharmacy staff has always been more then accommodating when making requests. I have never had an issue.

They only have one person working the in store counter. It's probably one of the slowest. I'll sometimes be waiting here from 30min-an hr. Never go here to pick up from the pharmacy if you're already running late. read more

The people in the pharmacy dept in this store are rude and condescending. They made a mistake on my prescription and then refused to take any steps to correct it. The customer service is pathetically poor at best.They would not listen to my problem and kept talking over me. I asked for a manager and got another clerk. I don;t know what is going on with this store, or whether the entire chain is hopeless. The pharmacy dept is currently way understaffed, and are currently over 1 week behind on refilling prescriptions. I called tow days ago to see if my refills were ready for pick up, and was told they were working on it, but that it would be ready the next day. I came back 2 days later, and was told they were still working on it. Earlier, I had been taking a certain generic for blood pressure, and suddenly they were out. 6 months later, they are still out, even though I am able to get my scrip filled at other area pharmacies. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headaches. read more

This particular branch has lost my prescriptions on at least 4 times in the last 18 months! Refused to give me the name and number of someone I could complain to. Went to take the survey from the receipt but that site is not listed with the survey company and can't be accessed! Wow! So done with them! read more
