On that call yesterday, I defined the drug name, daily dosage, & the number of tablets to be filled; there was no misunderstanding as the clerk said back to me exactly what I said to her. Today I get there & she says they won't fill the prescription, they'll only do 1/2 for the agreed price & the balance of the other half of the pills would be retail -- OVER $1000!!! This was supposed to be $26/180 tabs not $1014/180 tabs. There was so many excuses & both the clerk and the "supposed" pharmacist (more likely a pharm tech) were rather belligerent. I'll never go in this place again and I highly recommend you be very careful with this place of business. Very underhanded & in a word, Creeps!

Waited in line on the Drop Off side for 15 minutes and while I was waiting, I read through several emails. Then I saw an email from CVS saying my appointment was canceled. It was my turn and the clerk disappeared for another several minutes, then when I finally got to talk to her she said I could still get the shot tonight. But now I'm waiting in the *other* line and no closer to getting the shot that I had taken the time to schedule. What is the point of making a reservation? I've waited another 10 minutes now and it's clear I won't get to the front of this line for at least 15 minutes.

A few weeks ago, an employee left a cart mule directly behind my vehicle in a blind spot area of the parking lot. I went into the store, came back out, got into my car, checked my mirrors and backup camera like I always do, and I never saw the cart mule behind me. When I backed up, I accidentally hit it because it had been left in a place that was impossible for me to see. I immediately reported the incident to Walmart. Employees took pictures, completed a report, and I fully cooperated. Later, I spoke with management, and even the manager acknowledged that I had walked to my car without ever noticing the cart mule. The manager became very quiet during the conversation because it was obvious this equipment should never have been left directly behind parked vehicles where customers are backing out. Despite all of this, Walmart denied responsibility and refused to pay for the damage to my car, claiming it was my fault simply because I "passed by it." That makes absolutely no sense when the equipment was left in a blind spot by their employee in the first place. This situation could have been avoided entirely if employees followed basic parking lot safety procedures. Instead of taking responsibility, Walmart chose to blame the customer. Very disappointed with the way this store handled the situation and the lack of accountability from management. Customers should be aware of how careless this location is with safety in the parking lot and how poorly they handle legitimate claims afterward.
