This Walgreens is not only the slowest establishment in America but also one of the most inefficient to date.

A great selection of a wide variety of products in a well lit store. Everything from little green army men to anti freeze is here. The aisles are wide, the store is clean and the employees are quick to offer assistance. The variety of products surprised me and I'll keep that in the back of my mind if I need to find something quickly in the future nearby. The pharmacy is great. The pharmacists are helpful in finding and filling whatever prescription you have quickly. read more

I don't normally offer Yelp reviews but in looking up hours for Walgreens, noticed it's 10:12 pm on Sunday night, and they're open. I see a bunch of negative reviews. Come on people, any store that's open till midnight, paying the wages I'm guessing they likely offer, deserves at least 3/4 stars. The pharmacy staff including the pharmacists at the Jensen Beach Blv, Jensen Beach Walgreens are rude, condescending and incompetent. Because they did not call me to inform me that the information I was given about my prescription was incorrect I could have died. I was not the only dissatisfied customer there today 8/25/2023. The customer after me said, and I quote: " You people are so rude. if you hate your jobs so much you shouldn't work here". I highly recommend that if your life depends on the prescriptions you take that you avoid this pharmacy. It is my strong opinion that the male pharmacist on duty today behaved in a manner that is nothing short of professionAl negligence. This is my 3rd time trying to refill a prescription and it has been "lost" or "not ready yet" after calling this in and getting a specific pick up time I drive all the way over there to say they don't have it, or it's not coming in until next week?? I ask why I was given a pickup time and they said they don't know because they don't know who I spoke to. They are literally no help at all I will NEVER be returning to this pharmacy again. The standards of their employees are very low. Very INCOMPETENT people. Scary that they are in charge of people's prescriptions. read more

I've been coming to this Walgreens for over 10 years. They are always very professional and polite. I've only had one major issue and they worked very hard resolve it. I recommend this Walgreens as it is very well managed and they will go the extra mile when you need them. read more

Do not use their photo service. I specifically had a photobook ordered, was supposed to be for same day service. I called multiple times to make sure this could be done. I was told yes. I showed up- no where even close to being done. Told it would be an hour to print. I leave, go grocery shopping, come back un an hour, was never even put in by the assistant manager as he promised me. Then they tell me- oh its still not in sorry come back later. They ask me , can you come back tomorrow? No I cant thats why i called 4 times to make sure it was same day. SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE. Manager inefficient. Per inefficient manager- the company only gives us one printer so it takes a long time. DONT ADVERTISE SAME DAY IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER. read more

This pharmacy is getting worse and worse by the day you the pharmacists and pharmacy techs need to stop over alerting people of things that aren't in aren't ready how many days over it's been for their prescription !!! you as the pharmacist should know there are 31 days some times in a month and there's five weeks in a month you do not count the day you put that prescription in that bottle !!! That's 101 in the pharmacy world of cart counting Day counting times per day that it sat there prior for four days just like the storm you had that closed the store down and he told everybody to go to a different Walgreens.? That's the most idiotic stupidest crap I've ever heard in my life or you didn't get it and now you're over 35 days you are ridiculous. You are the one who is keeping the medication from people and you don't know what you're doing. You're supposed to be smarter than the doctor or the average bear and you technicians need to stop with your rude condescending chip on your shoulder. The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is a mess and should be fixed. Never less than a 10 minute wait even when I was the first in line. When there are two or more cars in the drive through you will have at least a 15 min wait. Why don't they make people leave the drive through window and come back instead of letting them sit there for 20 minutes waiting for their turn. And their speaker was not working for almost a month. I was going to this Walgreens since I moved to Jensen Beach in March 2018. I went into pick up some prescriptions and saw several "pets" not service dogs in the store. Walking all up and down the isles sticking their noses and licking on items in the isles. They also sell food items here! I am allergic to dog dander nor do I wish to buy anything that a dog has licked on. Service dogs yes I understand. But you hardly see a REAL Service dog in a store. Never stepping foot there again. Don't get me wrong I had a dog for many years, but not in the stores. Unacceptable. read more

This Walgreens is a Favorite for me. It's super close to home and very convenient. The staff have been really friendly and helpful. I haven't had to use the pharmacy (thank goodness) itself so I can't comment on it. The store is well kept and very clean. I would definitely recommend this Walgreens to other people. read more

Horrible. They take forever and don't even try. They said my medication was out of stock didn't even try to look elsewhere said no Walgreens in the area had it. So I call the palm city Walgreens and they connect me right away with 2 Walgreens in my area that have it. This Walgreens is not helpful at all read more

I experienced the worst service in the Pharmacy today I am at this location 2 times a month only because I have to be. There is one particular pharmacy Rep named Mary. She was very Rude to me. It isn't the first time either nobody in this pharmacy is really nice but she actually rolled her eyes at me today because I forgot to tell her when I gave her my prescription I only wanted a 2 weeks supply. So I think an apology would be in order. That is uncalled for and she's always rude I am there monthly. read more

I sat at the drive thru for 14 minutes watching the tech wait on people inside. When she finally came to the window she claimed the medication that I was picking up for my client was not being covered by the insurance and it was too soon to pick it up. After telling this tech that I received two text messages saying to pick up the meds she still refused to give me the meds. I left and my client's daughter n law went to pick up the meds and was given the medication with no problem. I called the manager only to be told that he's not sure to tell me. Now I understand why the tech gave me such a hard time. When your leader is lackidasical why wouldn't the followers be the same? Services is nothing like it used to be 30 years ago. I guess Walgreens will have to go out of business before they care about they customers. read more
