While there, it was my privilege to be under the prompt, compassionate, and attentive care of some hard working folks. My stay lasted for 3 full weeks and every day I was impressed with the warm and friendly people that are employed there and the quality of friendly helpful care I received. The backbone of such a facility is of course the Nurse Techs. Every Nurse Tech that cared for me was without a doubt exceptional in professionalism and compassion. Always responsive to my needs and in good response times as well, makes the Nurse Techs at the Gallatin Center a cut above most other nursing facilities in my book. The Nurses also displayed prompt patient care, timely dispensing of medications, and a willingness to jump in and help with any other patient issues or concerns. During my 3 week stay, I was able to observe the attitudes and patient involvements of many of the staff and employees of GCR. I'm happy and proud to report the stellar patient care and attention was above and beyond the call of duty in every area I witnessed. Some of the staff members are sometimes short tempered probably as a result of not having enough help. The cleaning crew often doesn't show up and clean the patients rooms. Even when they do straighten the rooms, they usually don't sweep and mop the floors. Rooms look like they need to be painted. The inside of this beautiful facility looks like it has been neglected and let go. It's unfortunate that it is in this kind of shape. Most of the residences here are long-term and I feel bad for them. Unfortunately, the staff is overworked and apparently under appreciated. Otherwise Gallatin Center probably would not be understaffed. I personally think that the staff here probably needs a raise for how understaffed and overworked they are. Thanks again, Karen Harrison

Stopped in for gas, which was the best price on 31, then popped in for a snack. Store itself was a bit small. But well stocked. It could use a bit of TLC from a condition and cleanliness perspective. Overall, this Mapco did what I needed it to do, fill my tank and belly.

It seems on several occasions my wife is always told me that they are bad about not checking and rotating Goods that have expiration dates out and she is constantly catching expiration date problems. I wouldn't have believed it until my wife went there yesterday and bought two Starbucks coffees out of the fridge. Hers had an expiration date of November 29th 2018, however when I went to open mine and look it had an expiration date of June 11th 2018. Which is crazy because today is October the 11th of 2018. That means that this product went 4 months to the date without even being noticed that it had expired. It certainly does not mean that I will not shop here however I will be watching much more closely before buying perishable Goods to ensure that they have not expired.
