I had been out if my medicine for two days waiting on my Dr. So I called Sheldons at 5:20pm and asked if they would contact my local pharmacy and get my prescription. They did, but they close at 6pm and I didn't have time to drive to bg before they closed. One of the techs realized they lived about 2 miles from me. She actually delivered my meds to me. I stopped to take a few photos and noticed they had a restaurant inside. I was pleasantly surprised with their healthy selections for the day. Vegetable stir fry over rice was delicious. Their homemade chicken salad is juts like my mom used to make. I ordered the chocolate shake and the sweet young server told me it wasn't your typical chocolate shake as it was dairy-free, made with soy icecream and oat milk and their own homemade chocolate syrup. Once or twice is perhaps understandable, but has happened several times and with different providers. 2. Not having auto-refills ready for pickup, and making the customer wait for 30+ minutes for the script to be filled. 3. Filled a script from over two years ago from a provider from my old state of residence. 4. Continued to fill old scripts from old providers after new scripts were submitted by new providers. 5. Refused to call provider for refill; had me do it. 6. Refused (ignored) multiple requests from my new pharmacy to transfer scripts. I could go on and on. No one should ever put their lives in the hands of CVS pharmacies and their incompetent, unprofessional, and rude pharmacists and support staff.

I've picked up prescriptions through the drive through and they've always been ready when they were supposed to be; though they also have the "any lane any time" painted set up in the drive through they at least noticeably close off the lane they do not keep open (hey Walgreens corporate--maybe have the set up with an on/off switch so it's easier for employees and customers to know which lane is open? Just saying). I've been in for a flu shot and had it done with just a walk up with no appointment and I was out in under 15 minutes. Selection of goods is typical but customer service is better than any other such location in the area.
