Have had about three orders called in by my orthopedic surgeon and they have twice been very rude and difficult delaying delivery as I cannot pick up due to foot surgery and am disabled at age 82. The most recent was a new order for antibiotic ordered four days ago. Asked foe delivery as needed right away new infection. They never answer my phone messages, gave them permission for delivery charges three days ago and two subsequent calls not answered. No texts as initially they sent. Today they said the house looked abandoned and they called several times and that USPS delviered on Sat and Sun. Wel they do not delivery on weekends and my property in Corrales has flood light and three house lights all night every day, and a cra parked in front of my entrance. They lie, and are rude. The supervisor was initially rude and seems her attitude spread to others, ONe said she was a pharmacist but I have never had a pharmcist talk to me in a coarse and rude manner. I am giving up and sorry I gave them a chance as they do not deserve my business. My foot is swollen and red and four days past day it was ordered. Let me first say, I moved here from California 2 years ago, had an exceptional cvs located close to home that went above & beyond for their customers. I gave now been coming to this location for 2 years , they are so friendly, professional & helpful in every way. Today I had a horrific thing happen at the drive thru See photo. The manager came out to check on me & was so kind making sure i was ok. So thoughtful. I am so grateful for his kindness. Pharmacy , I have a Brand new truck 3500 Ram so it's big & to say I was devastated is an under statement. I just did not judge distance around pillar carefully got hung up on running boards. First of all, I am writing this negative review because I was blacklisted from obtaining medicine from all of CVS after having numerous mistakes done with my medicines and after being repeatedly disrespected by Danielle (Head Pharmacist). I have to say that medicine and healthcare is a very serious and personal thing, and I want to thank all the good and caring healthcare professionals out there. I am a disabled veteran who has many health issues and relies on my medication. I have had many less than stellar experiences at this pharmacy. I have been told things that are not true regarding medicine availability, dosing sizes, and processes that are required in order to obtain medicines. I understand that medicines isn't easy and choose to simply communicate about things and not hold people accountable, even though they should know their job. I try my best to conduct myself with integrity and work towards a solution. Now, this lady named Danielle who is their head pharmacist seems to have a chip on her shoulder. She appeared one day and started being very negative to me. She told me that I was being "rude" to her staff out of nowhere. I was then made to jump through hoops to obtain my medicines. Medicines I need for very serious heart, mobility, and other issues. Some medicines insurance covers, and unfortunately others have to be paid out of pocket. This seems to upset Danielle when a customer asks questions or requests medicines (in other words, the customer is expected to know all things, have all medicines go through insurance, ask no questions at all, need none of the medicines on the menu that the automatic voice tells the customer to ask the pharmacy about when they pull up to the window, etc.). Since the first encounter with Danielle, I went and took it upon myself to be the solution to the problem and asked every staff member I encountered at the location if I was being rude and what I could do to improve my interactions. They all said that I waws fine and didn't have any problems. Most of them said that Danielle was out of line and that customers were allowed to request medicines. Danielle knowing about my mobility and other issues has often thrown my issues in my face and made fun of me in the drive through for having these issues. She has also told me to go into the store knowing how difficult it was for me to even drive there. She is making me feel like I should make it a point to withhold information from them to eliminate this childish behavior. She obviously needs someone to pray for her. I was finally forced to do a formal complaint against here. One day I was getting my medicines and was about to receive a disbursement from another staff member when Danielle suddenly appeared (the first time I saw her after the complaint) and pushed them aside and told me that I was no longer welcome there, that I was "rude" to staff members, and that they "had the right to refuse service to anyone". I feel this is extremely unfair since obtaining medicines takes weeks and I had been out of one of my heart medicines for a week already and had been admitted to the hospital with elevated troponin amongst other issues when I hadn't received medicines in the past. Today I am finally doing a negative review since people in health should not target people and retaliate after refusing to discuss what is going on. A person's health is very serious and healthcare is not a game. Not mention the code of ethics a healthcare provider is supposed to adhere to. After reaching out to corporat3e again, it turns out that customers are not allowed to speak their side of things against a head pharmacist blacklisting you, even though there is a documented case of retaliation and one-sided targeted. We live in a democracy, not a dictatorship. It is also a very unhealthy business practice to allow a corporation to function without a properly working system of checks and balances in regards to customer complaints when an employee is not only doing poorly at their job, is displaying actions that are showing a lack of empathy, is making mistakes that are hurting the customer, but actively chooses to specifically do something very serious to hurt the customer. I have deployed in order to maintain freedom so people can have a choice at living without oppression. It is sad to see people here on home soil also oppressing others. It is unfair that the customer is not allowed a say so in their side of things. read more

The staffing at this location is excellent in terms of great customer service and enough people to serve demand. However, this corporation is a train wreck. Why do I get a 4-foot/long paper receipt with every purchase? Why do I get a text message that says that my prescription will be ready for the next 8 days, yet when I show up after only 3 days, the prescription has already been returned to stores? If I could make it no stars I would. I get mail order prescriptions from CVS-Caremark (a combo formed when CVS bought Aetna whose pharmacy was Caremark). When my mail order CVS Caremark prescriptions were lost in the USPS, I went to this CVS store for help in getting a small number of pills so that I could figure out what had happened. My problem was Not Important to the CVS pharmacy. They are their own store front, and have no relationship with Caremark, and one employee even remarked, "I mean this would just be a day without XXXX drug". They sent me to a couple of different people, to the MinuteClinic, and the response, "not my problem". I will never use this CVS again. Rude, not interested in my problem, and deserve to be GONE. read more

Went to the minute clinic at this location. What was most convenient is that you can make online reservations to be seen. If I had been a walk-in the wait was over 130 minutes, but I was able to schedule an appointment and be seen quickly. They only charge your regular doctor copay and not urgent care costs. This was good for me on a few fronts: $25 cheaper and way faster! It was great because they also can quickly fill any prescriptions there as well. I was in and out within 40 minutes. The only downfall is their system incorrectly lists wait times. The nurse practitioner said they cannot change it if someone leaves or anything like that so wait time listed is inaccurate. read more

Had to switch over to a CVS pharmacy from Walgreens due to my new insurance. This particular so-called "pharmacy" is just the worst. I broke my wrist and tried to call in my prescription over the phone to avoid the wait...on hold for 10 mins, only to have someone answer and transfer me to a prescription voicemail. Now, they couldn't look up the prescription number via the first automated machine, what makes them think that an automated voicemail would help? Called again, she asked if it was a hard copy of a prescription, which it was so they couldn't accept it over the phone. Ok whatever, drove to the pharmacy only to find out I can't pick it up today. Called again the next day to make sure it was ready...on hold for 25 mins...someone answered and immediately hung up on me. Thanks for nothing guys! Go with Walgreens if you have a choice. read more

Nice convenient store on the closest major intersection to me across the street from a Walgreens. Since I am boycotting Walgreens, it is nice to have this other option close by. Unlike the problem the other reviewer had, I have had nothing but positive experiences. They greet you when you enter the store, the clerks you walk by offer their help, and they are all very friendly. The store is very clean, has a nice stock of various items, and is well laid out. I will not return to this Pharmacy again. I switched insurances and CVS contracts with my new insurance. I had been calling and talking to CVS about my transfer of medications to them. Every time I called them I would wait 20-30minutes before someone picked up the phone. I was always told I will call you back...never got a call back, I was the one calling them back. Sorry to say I needed my medication and they told me I could get one month supply but when I went to the drive thru and they said NO we can only do a three month supply. Why don't you try Walgreens. I have been going to this pharmacy for my prescriptions for years. I have always been satisfied with the service in the pharmacy department. Until now. I had to transfer my insurance over to Medicare and my card hadn't arrived yet. But I did have a letter from my provider showing the information needed to process my refills. Neither the tech or the pharmasist looked closely at the lettrer and said I needed to wait and come back with my card. the day this happened they were very busy and quickly scanned the letter. Because of that I was unable to pick up my prescription. I called the provider and all the information cvs needed was on that letter. I understand that people make mistakes but what irratated me was the attitude and the degree of how they really didn't care. Maybe Walgreens would be better towards their customers. read more

Probably the most terrifying visit I have ever had . From the moment I walked I the worker ed made creepy eye contact with me and followed me around the store . I went down aisles to get away from him . He stood behind me the whole time I was doing self Checkout when I told him I felt uncomfortable with him in my space he got closer and told me I was crazy . On three different occasions, an RX for me or one of my boys has been lost. I know they got the last one because they called me to ask me a question about it and when I went to pick it up they had no record of it. I have witnessed so much inappropriate behavior from employees here and been treated like an idiot when our scripts aren't there. They need a new manager and to filter professional behavior down from the top. These issues have been going on for years and I won't have our docs send scripts here anymore. read more

I went to minute clinic today to get a Covid test for a work thing I had no symptoms nothing I waited had to go to the bathroom so I called the man i talked to said it was 10 minutes past the time I was supposed to be in there so he told me if it's 10 minutes past you can go ahead and go in. so I went in and then they yelled at me for going in. And I told her that it was their employee that told me to go in and they told me I shouldn't have called so it was my fault for calling! Then they called to give me my test results and they started asking me my medication list. I told them I didn't want to give it because that was personal info. She starts reading my meds to me? I am mad that a place I don't do business with has my med list and why did they ask me if they had it. They ask for insurance prior so My insurance must have allowed them access to it because they have you add them to my chart. Do add them! they don't need my personal medication list so I can get results of my Covid test. I asked why they needed ? She said because her boss told her to get it? Very rude go somewhere else I've had a Covid test at another place and they didn't ask me all those rude questions. The other place didn't need to know my medication list or where I work ect! You will have to go there nearly every other day for the rest of your miserable life. You will call and be placed on hold for half an hour. When you do get someone the staff is nice and means well, but the upper CVS management are a bunch of incompetent people that simply don't care about the patrons that pay their salaries. Their computer shuts down for between a half hour and 3 hours every single night....to "update" (literally). Its like being on dial-up in the 90s or something. They lose your prescriptions, half the staff wants to quit, the drive up pick-up area usually has one lane working, when the outside one does work, your credit card and meds get stuck in the vacuum tube, its like a drug store in a 3rd World Banana Republic. Its unfortunate because the staff are all very nice people who no doubt get yelled at by less patient customers and there is nothing they can do about it. Recently relocated from Orange County, CA to Rio Rancho, NM. the CVS pharmacy on La Veta and Main Sts. there is considered the busiest pharmacy in Orange County. Always received excellent service. Expected the same at the closest CVS Pharmacy in Rio Rancho, NM. I can only compare them to a third world service pharmacy!. it has been 5 weeks since I contacted them to transfer my prescriptions from their Orange County Pharmacy to Rio Rancho and to date....NOTHING has been done. I am now using Walgreens and so far they are great! read more

I waited in line for the "minute clinic" for an hour. They are 59 minutes off of what they are advertising and I had to get to work shortly after this.
