The burden of proof is placed on the patient to prove Walgreens own errors. Phone calls go unanswered or left on hold for 30 plus minutes, only to be told to come in person. When I go in person, I am met with more confusion and shifting explanations, none resolve quickly. This is not just inconvenient, it is negligent when dealing with essential medication. Pharmacies have one job providing safe, timely and accurate access to prescriptions. At this point I have zero trust in their system or staff and will be transferring all prescriptions of myself and family members to CVS. This store is not amazing, they have a drive through, people. Convenience cannot replace incompetence! I would rather drive, walk, than risk my health or the health of my family members.

Some trickery is needed to access it from any other direction. This stretch of road is busy in all directions. Some trickery is also needed to leave the parking lot if heading in some direction other than south or west. This location is still like new, neat, clean and well organized. It is always nice to come in as it has been well maintained and well stocked. The employees actually sound like they want to be here. Generally, there is not a long wait to check out. There always seems to be a large inventory of what ever it is that I need that visit, which is nice. What a joy to come here. Too bad its not in my neighborhood.

Well you have to speak directly to the pharmacist. Me-the tech answered the phone like she just ran a 5k. Her word "we'll call you, click" means absolutely nothing. Well if you called, and are now on a corporate chat that has direct access to the store, you'll have to go into the store. Me- so after placing the order, calling for the order, contacting the HELP CHAT, I have to go to the store? Chat-yes. At this point you have to go into the store. Me- So after watching "citizen vigilante" should I go there and wait in a constant line of 20 holding a baseball bat? Chat-you have to go to the store. Me-so what is the purpose of this chat if you can do nothing? Chat-to answer questions. Me-Is that the reason why private equity had to bail Walgreens from bankruptcy a few months ago?
