Absolutely horrible customer service. Picked up a a medication (Augmentin), only to realize it hadn't even been reconstituted! Save your money and time, wait for Another pharmacy to open until the following day. Manuel the Supervisor sucks!! He's rude and mean!! We are just asking him when they are going to stock and his answer is..."when we get to it." What kind of attitude is that? People are standing around in his store waiting for essentials and he's just being rude. We were also told by one of the employees that the nurses and hospital personnel were informed that they should not be coming into the store because of where we work.....that's not right. read more

If there were a 0 star rating, CVS Pharmacy on Medical would receive it. I have been to the pharmacy on 3 separate occasions and each time I have a terrible experience. I stand waiting at the cash register for minutes until someone actually recognizes that I am waiting. Once my presence is acknowledged I am told to wait a second...which in reality is minutes upon minutes...I stand there to watch the employees gossip about non-sense or continue unpacking boxes. Finally when they decide they are at a good stopping point I get helped.........Oh well I gave them a chance. All my prescriptions will be filled at a different pharmacy from now on. read more

Friendly staff. Clean store with well stocked shelves. I haven't tried their pharmacy (my prescriptions are still across the street) but my neighbor reports a good experience when she needed something for her baby. One thing I liked was the smiling person inside the door who went to a lot of trouble to help me find the offbeat face cream I'd decided I Just Had To Have. What I don't like is the persnickety self serve checkouts. read more

Spoke with Jessie the pharmacist who went out of her way to help me get my Rx. None of the CVS' around my home carried it and I needed it asap. She even called 3 different locations to help my get it filled. So sweet, excellent customer service. The guy who answered the phone, however, told me when I politely asked to speak to Jessie regarding my Rx (we had already talked twice that day) told me that if I "stopped calling so much maybe the wait time on hold wouldn't be so long because he has to keep answering my calls". Find somewhere else, this place is a huge waste of your time. They don't answer phones, have 20+ minute wait times on hold, and don't seem to give a crap about their horrid service. It's open 24 hours but their customer service skills are so poor I would gladly drive an additional 20 minutes or more to go anywhere else. read more

Very fast and friendly service in the pharmacy. I left one star empty due to they always tell me a medication isn't covered before they even check. And fyi they have been wrong twice lol so make sure u have them run it before giving up. All in all a really good pharmacy. read more

Do not recommend this location at all for photos. First time I went to pick up my photos after getting voice message from their store saying my order was ready for pickup, they didn't have my full order. I ordered a magnet picture and then a regular 4x6 picture, and they didn't have the magnet one. They said the magnet one actually comes in the mail to them. So then I come in later on in the week, after receiving another automatic message saying the order was ready. I call in, asking if it was really ready, tried to claim didn't have it at their store, when I know I left at least the one picture there before since my order wasn't completely ready for me, so they finally find it and say "which one is supposed to be magnet?" I'm very confused at this point because they should've received it in the mail as a magnet, like they told me before, but I'm content with the fact they have the pictures for me. I finally am able to go pick up the completed order and when I arrive, yet again, they say the order isn't there/they can't find it, call in the morning because "they're the ones who usually handle pictures." I'm beyond livid because not only did they not give me my pictures tonight that I know good and well are at their store, but I also was treated as though I was senile in the situation, while being almost rushed out of the store because they were trying to go to the breakroom to eat. I'll never order from this location again, ruined my CVS experience as a whole. read more

Went into cvs to buy Bayer diabetic test strips for my diabetic blood testing machine. Bayer 100 count, test strips were $128.00. Check on Amazon and found the exact same test strips for $15!! Was this a rip off or what! Call CVS to see f I could get a refund and was advised they were non refundable! read more

This has been my pharmacy for almost 6 years and I still like them enough to keep from going anywhere else. They have a lot of turnover and may be short staffed but the people back there work hard and I can't even imagine the amount of rudeness and attitude they receive on a daily basis. () read more

I love the employees at this CVS Pharmacy. They try their best to refill promptly. Although CVS is an enormous chain, the pharmacy seems more like a small business with personal and professional service. Anna remembered me by name before I even spoke to her. That's a rarity in any place. read more

Always have to wait 10-20 minutes to pick up from the pharmacy. Doesn't really matter the time of day. But good enough to get the job done...I guess. Sometimes they aren't ready for pick up and you have to wait another 20-30 minutes and then get back in line. read more

I don't like the Randalls copycat practice of must buy x to get the sale price. But I have always received good service above and beyond from the people who work there. Now if Pepsi Co would stock the lipton pure leaf sweet tea that would make a difference but seriously cvs should get rid of the must buy two as if I wanted to buy in bulk I would go to Sams instead. read more

I was able to find what I needed right away. Convenient self checkouts available. The associate was helpful when I asked for assistance. I recommend as a quick convenience in between regular household purchases. read more
