I want to say that the employees consistently are so helpful, friendly and patient at this location. An area that the CVS pharmacies could improve upon is their online system, including the app. It is difficult to use. I've tried numerous times to get prescription delivery that they claim is offered, I've even had employees at the pharmacy try to help and we haven't been successful in attaining the delivery for my elderly parents. Frequently, we have a hard time getting drugs that we have ongoing prescriptions for. When I've searched on the app for other locations that have the drugs and switched my prescription to them, I have often found they don't actually have the drug either. One pharmacist told me even though the app says they have the drug, I still have to call that location to see if it's true. I feel like a local pharmacy should be able to regulate the drugs that they need on a consistent basis for their local patrons and I feel like there is a better way to be able to acquire those drugs from another location if my local pharmacy can't provide them to me.

The children's clothing section is pretty limited compared to other locations. Parking is decent, but for some reason they have several speed bumps which is unusual as no other Target has quite that many. Wondering if it's an Alamo Ranch driver problem that requires so many speed bumps in such close proximity. The value for what you get is comparable to other places - some groceries are only a few cents difference from our local three letter grocery chain. It doesn't draw me to purchase Target foods, but it doesn't deter me from buying stuff if I'm there. I'm anti-social so my favorite thing is that staff doesn't really acknowledge you unless you make direct eye contact in which case they usually smile or nod, occasionally asking how it's going. They don't offer help unless you ask which I'm honestly okay with, because all too often stores bombard you when you're familiar with the set up of the store or when you don't want assistance.

First of all, when I got there I saw the price was different, at $29.49. Irritating, but not a huge deal because the BOGO still made it less than Amazon. Just felt a little sleazy. But then, when I went to check out, the system charged me full price for both. The cashier (who I will say was very polite) explained that you have to have a Extra Care Card to get the BOGO deal. I pointed out that it didn't say that and she showed me the tiny, tiny print at the bottom of the price tag that seniors like me would need really good reading glasses to see, much less, read. When I got home I looked it up on their website again and there is NO REFERENCE to needing the Extra Care Card to get the BOGO deal. I don't do things like customer care cards for privacy reasons. CVS is so large that I'm really surprised to see them using these dirty marketing tricks. I guess they think customers are too stupid to not just take their business elsewhere. How sad!

They even have a sunglasses rack that consistently has cute but cheap aviators for all the times I need sunglasses and seem to have lost or broken my most recent pair. The thing that made me even want to review them though is that, well for one, I've been here probably 100 times, but also the service is top-notch. The people who work here are super friendly, always have a smile on their face, and take the time to help you and make sure you have everything you need. It's rare to walk into a gas station where the employees appreciate their job, and for that, I'm going to highly recommend you choose this spot if you're in the neighborhood!
