I went to the CVS near me because they advertise a BOGO fish oil deal for $27.49. I could have ordered the same product on Amazon for $19.47 but the BOGO made the CVS deal better. First of all, when I got there I saw the price was different, at $29.49. Irritating, but not a huge deal because the BOGO still made it less than Amazon. Just felt a little sleazy. But then, when I went to check out, the system charged me full price for both. The cashier (who I will say was very polite) explained that you have to have a Extra Care Card to get the BOGO deal. I pointed out that it didn't say that and she showed me the tiny, tiny print at the bottom of the price tag that seniors like me would need really good reading glasses to see, much less, read. When I got home I looked it up on their website again and there is NO REFERENCE to needing the Extra Care Card to get the BOGO deal. I don't do things like customer care cards for privacy reasons. CVS is so large that I'm really surprised to see them using these dirty marketing tricks. I guess they think customers are too stupid to not just take their business elsewhere. How sad! read more

spoke to pharmacist on phone today due to placing my order on a a Sunday to be delivered on Monday and then they cancelled my order with no explanation -was waiting for a call back and never received contacted again regarding having mine and my husbands scripts delivered-pharmacist stated that one script could not go through postal service due to having to be refrigerated so asked if he could therefore have the scripts delivered to my home(i pay for this service on a yearly basis) and he just hung up on me. No response to sorry for the confusion or if they will take care of this as soon as possible. which i find a was bit rude. read more

Went yesterday to pick up a prescription that was already ready. I was at the counter at 5pm sharp And the pharmacist spoke over the lady at the register to tell me they were already closed. I ask him what time they closed and he said 5pm. I looked at my phone and told him it was 5 sharp and he reiterated they were closed and they close at 5. The lady at the register looked like she was willing to help me out as I walked up, but as I said he spoke over her. read more

CVS is such a major chain with locations nearly everywhere. But with such a big presence you would think they are doing something right? Unfortunately I don't see it. Everytime I come the CVS I experience slow and bad customer service. Not to mention the prices here are outrageous for everything. I came in for my COVID booster that I scheduled online days on advance. My appointment was scheduled for 6:45pm so I got here 15 mins early as the directions stated, but for what??? I waited 30mins and counting to get my shot. Also the staff always seems to not know anything. I am not sure why I continue to give CVS a chance. read more

Lately every time I come to pick up a prescription there is a huge line in the drive thru pharmacy. Each car takes around 10 minutes, which I don't understand bcs I thought drive thru was only for pick up? They have a designated lane just for COVID testing but I never see anyone use that lane. I hope they can open up both lanes soon. Kinda over having to wait forever to get my medicine. I will say that they're super fast with getting me my prescription when I pull up, which is why I'm confused when the lines take forever. They should direct people inside if they're being complicated. I'd say just use their app and get delivery if you can. read more

Minute Clinic Guilbeau and Tezel! very dishonest!! Back in June my wife and I had a Covid test done for traveling purposes. Before we had the test done, We asked if the test could be cover by our medical insurance; and they told us NO "If the test is for traveling purposes, we can't submit a claim to your insurance". We perfectly understood that, so we went ahead and paid $139.00 per test. Come to find out later that they did submit a claim to our insurance. Few weeks ago I got a letter from Genetworx Labs stating that a claim was submitted to our insurance for a test done back in June. When I contacted the lab, they informed me they got the instructions from CVS minute clinic along with insurance information to process this as for medical reasons. I just couldn't believe it!!!!! I will never use the Minute Clinic again!! read more

I have been a long time customer of cvs but honestly I am about to leave them. Last night I had the worst customer service experience there. I went to pick up some hair products. I saw a deal buy one on 50% off. So I picked up two. When I got to the register the guy was like sorry they aren't on sale. I said there is a sign underneath. He was like let me ask my boss for an override to honor the price. The manager Jon said no it was in the middle and we aren't honoring the deal. He was also waving another product in my face saying this is the one with the deal. It was clearly underneath the hair product. I was like forget it then. This cvs is supposed to be better since it's an y mas. It's worst call it y rude. Cvs get your customer service together. read more

I wish I could give this store minus 1 star! I went to get a script filled on Labor Day, checked the website before having the script faxed over there. I arrived at 6:02 pm only to find them closed! Apparently they never bothered to update the webpage or even post on the front door that they would close early! The manager Debbie, couldn't even be bothered to get the fax so we could get our medication. Considering their prior poor service, this will mark the LAST time I darken the doorstep of a CVS. read more

I'd rate zero if I could. Seriously worst experience ever. Came on Friday because another cvs said I had to go here to get certain prescription. Came here and was not ready in 45 promised. After two hours waiting for prescription finally came to a small resolve and was told would be ready by 2:30 on Monday. Went to cvs at 5:15 and STILL NOT READY!!! They gave me one more dosage and said to come back tomorrow! Text me! I've been signed up to get alerts! This will be last time I ever come to this poorly ran pharmacy. read more

Have had to wait everytime I've had a scheduled appointment and they never answer their phone. I don't want to drive 25 minute just to get proof of my flu shot and TB test when it can just be emailed to me but since I've called multiple times and been on hold for about 30 minutes each time without an answer I might have to drive all the way there just to pick up my records..... very frustrating read more

Came here 2 weeks ago to print photos from iphone. After going through a 15 min long process which includes downloading a kodak app and activating the store wi-fi using a given password, I was ready to print. Then comes a message...there is no printer paper in the machine...see a clerk for the access code to continue. What a mess! Today, I go in print one photo. Guess what find out after going through the transfer process (another 10-12 minutes of settin it up)? No printer paper... See clerk for passcode. Still? Two weeks later and this issue has not been resolved? I wait in line for about 10 minutes. When it is my turn, I explain what has happened. We walk over to the kodak kiosk only to find that the session had timed out. She says, "You'll need to start over". I tell her no way I'm going through that again and then getting back in line, just give me the passcode to print. "Sorry, not allowed to do that". I'm done...kiosks never work, nor do the employees, and it's way overpriced. No more CVS for me. Poor management and employees more interested in smoke breaks than actually doing their job. read more

I had to get a RX filled last month for my daughter and her insurance wasn't going to cover it. The pharmacy tech who helped me, I think her name was Alice, went above and beyond to help me out. She not only called the dr office to get the RX changed to something the ins would cover, she also looked for a discount for me on good RX. I'm beyond thankfully, she helped save me money. read more

The kids and I always stop here after our weekly dinners out. The store is always clean, staff is quick to respond when the line gets long. Sucks that they have to keep the bathroom locked so the kids don't steal things. Only real compliant is the trash can outside is almost always full and there is a lot of random trash in the lot sometimes, however given that it is across from a secondary school I can see why read more

I love this pharmacy. They are great. Get my prescription much quicker filled much quicker than the Walgreens. Overall a pleasant experience. The loitering kids outside the store are another matter. It was difficult to in through the 20+ kids (no exaggeration) surrounding the entrance. Best bet is to stay away from this place after school lets out. read more
