I went in and have had a canceled medication for weeks now and cvs continues to fill it no matter how many times I tell them the doctor had called them to stop it. I even took a note from my doctor this just seemed to enrage the lg woman behind the counter who screamed at me and said she didn't have time for this crap! Really, how do they stay in business? Borderline incompetent! rude, condescending and the worst pharma experiences of my life! More than once! they have filled my scripts with the wrong form of my medication, lied to me once, flat out lied, told me they were filling one of my scripts then told me after I drive all the way there that I had already had it filled, which was proven false when I filled a complaint, yet they did nothing at all about it. even after I was ridiculed and laughed at for gettin upset with them. and the last time, hung up on me and got smart assed with me over a prescription inquiry. two different CVS's! so this is how they treat people, and even a veteran? been my experience. never again! hope they go out of business even tho it won't bring back my favorite pharma, Hancocks, which they basically put out of business. very poor trade, imo! read more

CVS is a joke in Scottsburg, not once have they had my prescription correct, even when they call and say you can pick up your prescription when we get there they say Oh we only have two of them , you can pick the others up tomorrow.This has been the last six times, will never go there again, CVS pull head out of A--. read more

CVS in Scottsburg IN has the rudest most incompetent staff of any business I have ever patronized. I get the same meds every month but never without issues. This month was no exception. My script was sent from my Doctor on 8/18. Between 8/19 and 8/22 I made multiple attempts to contact them to get the status of my order. I was on hold a total of 4 hrs and 39 minutes. Finally someone answered and I I was told very rudely that they had nothing for me. A call from my dr and they confirmed that they did have it. So I called again. 32 minutes on hold and they finally figured out their mistake. 10am but they are not doing any refills until after lunch. Later I called the store to find out store hours. Recording clearly says open until 10 pm. Went at 7:25 only to wait 33 minutes in drive thru line and have their blind dropped practically in my face with no explanation. Everyone working there must hate their jobs. They are always angry and rude. Too bad they have the monopoly. I sure miss Hancocks. read more

Do not go to this pharmacy the pharmacist is doing something that is very shady with narcotics. Did complain to management. They have called and said they can't fill prescriptions due to not being signed yet the month before they filled it so the pharmacist is doing something shady. Claims it the doctors fault but very questionable. Will file a complaint with the state due to being a controlled substance. read more
