This was thee most terrible covid testing experience I've ever been to. What's the point of an appointment if we are going to wait an hour and a half for testing ?? Not to mention the information that comes over from the online portal was merged and one of our family members had the wrong name. Makes no sense. We presented 3 different verification codes and only two worked. Make it make sense! Then once arriving at drive through window, they were not ready. I was almost late getting back to work as the names were not organized. The process was not smooth snd seamless and I'll probably never use it again if I'm in a time crunch. read more

Ran in to buy deodorant but as usual I ended up buying more. :). They only had Secret deodorant buy 2 for $9. I was looking for single purchase. They didn't have it so the cashier gave a discount of 10%. That was very nice of her. Not only that she greeted everyone and was very friendly. The store was clean and organized. It's very convenient for me bc it's across the street from my gym. CVS always have a sale going on and they send coupons via email that you can download on your CVS card. read more

Rude and unprofessional. Not only do I dislike being forced to use CVS because of the Caremark network but being told 2 different things when I show up to get my childs medication. They tell me they don't have it so I ask them to see who does have it so I can get it from them.. then they say they need to get it ready and to come back or come inside because they have Covid vaccines to administer. So now I have to wait and that's my problem that you have to do vaccines and testing when it should've been filled the day before. My child is sleeping and not feeling well and you tell me to come in and wait. This review probably won't change anything but do yourself a favor and go to a different location. read more

Didn't use the pharmacy, but the rest of store was clean, neat and organized. I found everything I was looking for and then some. Check out was fast and the employee was super nice. The only downside was that some of the aisles were very narrow. read more

TIME FOR A MAKEOVER! This store is very old and doesn't seem to fit in with the surrounding area which has several new stores. It needs a little TLC. I went in to purchase natural vitamins but could not find what I was looking for and I noticed that the vitamins were tagged buy one, get one at one-half price. At first glance, you might just think "great deal" but when you really think about it, that base price is so exaggerated that you really aren't getting a good deal. The store brand was being offered at buy one get one for $1 but this was not good enough because I want a vitamin that is natural and does not have non-essential ingredients. So, here were my options: Pay way more for a natural option, pay less for food coloring and mystery ingredients or keep looking for a quality product with a fair price. Hmmm, I think that I can do better so I've decided to keep looking! Don't compromise when it comes to quality or price because there are other options available! read more

Came in to pick up 1 new prescription, but was given 4 even though I didn't ask for refills of old prescriptions and I don't have auto refill. After I got the script and stopped to pick up some cough syrup, I was stopped by a floor manager at 9 PM sharp and was rudely told that the store was closed and to finish up and leave. I responded if he wanted me to leave then maybe he could at least ask if I need help finding the cough syrup. He repeated that I needed to leave and the store was closed and walked away (by that time it was 9:01). If I had initially been given the correct prescriptions I could have finished before the store closed. I left and will be transferring all prescriptions to another pharmacy and selling anything in my portfolio that is affiliated with CVS. I don't spend my dollars or invest in companies that allow employees to harass customers. read more

Went in today to try and get a RX for a friend that was just released from hospital from a trauma injury the pharmacist or pharmacy technician saw me like I was some kind of a drug addict because the RX for pain meds before the staff passed judgement they should first question why the person is getting the pain meds I understand that meds are always used irresponsibly but not everyone is like that my friend has fractured ribs and bruised and a collapsed lungs that's why he's getting the pain meds! It's sad that ppl that really need the medicine is judged as the one that abuses it! As for the pharmacy I will never go back there again the girl had an attitude! If she doesn't like her job she should reconsider her career or CVS should have her take some customer service classes! I have been to the store itself and the cashiers there have always been very nice! Sad that a place where you go to get some relief has such horrible ppl working there! If I misspelled words sorry it's been a very long day! But I felt I needed to write this review!! DONT USE THIS PHARMACY TO FILL RX!!!! read more

Chris in the pharmacy is one of the most unprofessional techs I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with.

They don't give a crap about people. You show up to get your prescription and they say it's too close to closing time. Forget that you waited in urgent care and then got there to get your prescription. Forget that you don't have time the next day. These people suck. It's about money and personao convenience. If your fucking door is open fill the prescription jackass. read more
