I did have a great experience at this Gwinnett Pharmacy I must say. There wasn't a crowd or anything. For some reason I believe this place really doesn't get much business but I could be wrong. This location seemed a little small and they do not have restrooms for the public, just so you know. I had to pick up a prescription for someone with an insurance card who wasn't in their system. The whole process may have taken 5 minutes max. There wasn't any big wait or anything. Depending on where you live like I do, the distance traveled is a little great. 20 minutes for me when I could have traveled 7 minutes to another pharmacy. However the other pharmacy didn't carry what was needed, Kroger for example. I had to make two 20 minute trips there because someone (me) forgot the insurance card and drove all the way there before I realized I forgot it then had to go back to get it. Before I arrived home I had to get strong armed robbed at the gas pump first. $60 brought me a little over half a tank. (Jesus Help Us!) That would be a place you could probably just go into to take your Covid shot without any appointment. However I don't know for a fact if Covid shots are done there, it is a pharmacy and I don't see why not. To be on the safe side, call first if that's what you need before you drive there. read more

I wish we had a better experience, but one owner was extremely rude to me because we had to get some prescriptions at a different pharmacy. He started yelling in the phone something about he wasn't playing games and if we used another pharmacy too, he said he would not fill our prescriptions. I could hardly understand his accent while he was yelling at me. I should have left the first time this happened. Sure, they seem nice at first, but if you encounter any issues then expect to see a very rude, unprofessional side. We switched pharmacies, but they were rude to the next pharmacy that tried to get our prescriptions transferred. It's very greedy to expect us to fill every single script out of thirty scripts between the family at their pharmacy, when our Dr. had called just a few into another pharmacy. They lost so much business running our whole family off. Pill packs were nice to get, but beware if there is ever an issue. A man yelling and talking down to a woman is distasteful! read more

I was new to the area and CVS NEVER had my medication, they had to order it and would never let me know when it was ready. Then I found Gwinnett Pharmacy, incredible customer service and an immediate text when your medication is ready. They take my insurance (state insurance) which was hard to find and I will use this place as long as they're open!! Worth the 45 min drive!! read more

I would like to thank this pharmacy for their outstanding customer service. My daughters doctor called in an uncommon strength of an antibiotic to our usual pharmacy, and they were unable to fill it. I called several pharmacies and they didn't have it in stock either. I called this pharmacy, and while they did not have it in stock, the man I spoke with was so helpful and advised me to call a particular pharmacy that he thought would carry it.
