The ones provided by my surgical center were not great, so someone suggested getting better quality and told us Access had a great selection. They do, by the way. They have every type of compression sock/hose you could ask for. However, that alone doesn't warrant a 5-star rating. What does warrant a 5-star rating is outstanding service! We've been there twice, and both times one of the employees followed us back to the compression hose section in the back to help us sort through options. They listened and were very knowledgeable, and on top of that, they went to the trouble of measuring my legs to make sure we got the correct size! That is super important because some of these things are pretty expensive ($40+), and if you open the package, they are not returnable (understandably). Looking around the facility on our way in and out, it looks like they have a pretty big pharmacy as well as a selection of general drug store items, as well as some bigger durable medical equipment (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, etc.). I hope I don't have to shop there for any of that stuff, but if I do find myself needing it, I will definitely check with them first!

Actually, it didn't take long because the shrimp were only semi-frozen. The smell was over-whelming! And they bag weighed far less than it claimed (I have a digital scale). I went straight back to the store. No arguements, they gave me my money back and I told them their freezer case was not holding the food cold enough. Got a call from a store manager .... told her the story ... she thanked me and said she would get the problem corrected. She also said they could get fined for having a product that under-weighed. Fast forward to a few days ago. I went in looking for spicy Italian sausage. There was ONE package of .... you guessed it .... Southern Home sausage in the meat case. No expiration date on it. I asked an employee who was replenishing some meats about it. He told me they often forget to put the expiration dates, but not to worry .... he had put it out from the freezer case "a couple of days ago". SO! It also was not marked as being PREVIOUSLY FROZEN. For chuckles, I strolled back by the freezer case and poked at the "frozen" shrimp. Nope. The packages of the shrimp on the top were soft, not frozen. And third case .... I needed some cake flour (which does expire). They had 2 brands. The brand I use had expired OVER A YEAR BEFORE. Really??????? Is this Bi-Lo going out of business? Sure do hope so and hope we get a decent (and safe) grocery in Soddy Daisy.

I wish they would hurry up and close this one down so maybe I could go elsewhere. They are also very rude. With as many meds as my family has to take I would think we would at least rank being able to talk and not have to wait for a call back. Being a pharmacy you think it could be an emergency like taking someone home from the hospital and not wanting to wait for a call back that has never come! So - The reason I love Walgreens so much is for the unusual product lines, sweet deals and big savings. And their candy section is second to none. Lol. This Walgreens is located in Red Bank, a beautiful enclave surrounded by mountains: Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountains surround and ring-around the 5.6 square miles of Red Bank. It's lovely. I was looking for a certain line of conditioner I've been using that I haven't been able to find here for months, so I've given up on finding it. No loss. I found a new line of products that look, sound and smell like they are going to be fabulous. The line is called "Cake". Each of their maybe 30 different items in their product line were on sale for $8.99 (which is a rather decent price in itself). If you buy one, you then get one of equal/less value of 50% off. I bit. Once I started looking at the myriad of different items in their product line and how great they all smelled, I was more than curious. I'm a label-reader and I was happy to see all their products were cruelty-free and vegan. Sold. Now to pick out the choices. I settled on a Conditioner called "The Soft Serve", which promises the moon, and a Blow Out Balm called "The Grace Full", and they are both -apparently- 'Totally-To-Die-For'. We'll see ;;) I checked out the Easter candy tentatively and noted we've got yet another excuse to buy some good Lindt Chocolate Bunnies. Lol. They were on a 2-for-1 sale, so you can bet I'll be back before they are all gone. Every store employee I've come in contact with every time I've been in has been extremely friendly, happy and kind. That's the thing about Chattanooga that I love so much; the kindness of the people. It is refreshing to walk into this extremely clean Walgreens any day of the week.

And every month I have to wait 45 mins to get my medicine all because someone didn't do their job. Most of the staff are rude drivers thru wait time is horrendous, not to mention the fact they randomly close down, phone don't work, just honestly a joke for a business to operate the way it does. I don't know if they are understaffed but at least explain that instead of being snarky with older people waiting in line for an hour just to be told they don't have the medication put in.
