My wife and I had to pick up two prescriptions. I did not know about her so that's surprised me. I thought we have stay a lot longer because it would take 15 minutes to fill. But Brett, Super Brett, made sure I didn't have to wait that long. No sooner had I gotten to the magazines to look for the latest US Weekly, then Brett came over the intercom saying those treasured words, "Miss Bond, you prescription is ready". Thanks to Brett sterling commitment to service beyond the norm, I was already in the car and heading back home in less than 10 minutes to play some League of Legends. read more

I've always liked Walgreen's. They're clean, laid out well, and their prices aren't bad for a convenience store/drug store. That being said, this location is getting a two star from me, not because of the c-store, but because of the pharmacy. The convenience store,. like all other Walgreen's locations, is clean, well-lit, laid out well, and I have no problem shopping there. For that reason, they got two stars. If this was a review solely based on the Pharmacy, it would be zero stars, If I could give it. I've been picking up my prescription medication here for awhile, because it's convenient on my way to and from the office. The problem is every time I come here, something is screwed up with my medication. The order is either not filled, partially filled, they can't find it, or some other mishap. The people behind the counter either don't speak American English (they speak Tennessee-ese or Redneck, or something other than normal English) and can't understand my non-descript American accent. I guess it's because I don't drawl my words and speak real slow. They constantly ask me to repeat myself and that's very annoying. I met the pharmacist once because the last time I was there, they just opted not to fill my order. He was pleasant enough, but I thought it was quite rude that they didn't bother to call me before i ran over there to pick up my order. In fact, I had received a text message saying my prescription was ready. They should have followed it up with another one saying it wasn't, or called me. So... "Meh, I've experienced better", sums it up exactly. read more

I would suggest that you use another pharmacy. The staff in the pharmacy is rude, unprofessional, and refuses to help people when calling in or visiting in person. There has been several times I have called this location for information regarding getting my medicine filled, when the doctor had sent it in, and inquired about when I need to get the medicines refilled as they have dates they have to be refilled by. Well, the people within the pharmacy are quite rude, seem to have no idea how to use their own systems, and just seem like they do not want to pull up your information at all. I have worked 20 years in customer service, and these people just don't get it. I am sure that this company likes to throw around the word integrity, however if they had any these people would not be in any type of customer service role as the name implies... Customer Service. (Which means, serving the customer.) Their refusal to address the issue has resulted in me moving all of my business away from there and informing any and everyone I know to do the same because bad behavior and refusal to address said behavior should not be rewarded. Wanted to write a review to warn people of their practices. If you want to deal with rude people, attitudes, and just a general attitude of superior this is the place for you. I would suggest CVS or Wal-Mart which are not even a stone throw away from this location. (Wal-Mart is not perfect, however they are not flat out rude to the customers like this staff is.) Such a shame that these retail stores moan the fact that online business takes away their business, yet they treat their customers with disdain and contempt. The lady at the front who answers the phones told me someone would be available in photos to take a picture for a passport. I called 5 minutes before I came and specifically asked if someone was available for this service and she said yes RUDELY! I get there 5 minutes later, wait in line, and tell her what I need. She says oh the kiosk is not working that well and I have someone waiting in their car for printed photos. I can't do it right now. I said well I called for that reason to make sure you could. She said oh yea I know I answered but right now is not a good time. I ask when is? She says I have no clue and was super rude and rolling her eyes. Terrible customer service and awful attitude. I don't know what her problem is but I'm furious at the terrible customer service and would love...LOVE TO TELL HER MANAGER WHAT I THINK ABOUT HER! This is unacceptable. read more

My grandson from ot of state and is here for the summer, got lyme disease and is very sick. First went to get his prescriptions around 2 pm and was told the card was not an rx card, which it is, there are directions on the back of the card with a number to call. After contacting his mother we tried again, its now 6:30 pm. We get there explain and were told after a 40 minute wait that the prescription department at the insurance was closed! They made us feel like the prescription was going to be alot of money, i asked how much it wpuld be, after another 30 minutes, we were told $95, omg!!! We could have had the medicine my grandson needed hours ago!!! Then i needed to use the phone since mine had died, and they acted as though i was asking for their right arm!! I will not use them ever again!!! read more

This pharmacy never has medication in stock, even though we use them often. They usually have to order the prescriptions or get them from other stores. Rarely they will have what we are looking for. We are going to switch to CVS maybe we will have better luck?! read more
