These folks work hard to make sure you have all the medicine you need, through prescription foul-ups, insurance gaps and whatever else. Throw down those CVS shackles. I do know that it took 4 days and multiple communications with my 2 doctors and the pharmacy to get a refill on my prescription that has been on file with CVS since 2014. There is no excuse for requesting the refill from the wrong doctor or having a phone number on file that hasn't been used in over 12 years or giving me instructions that I followed that were wrong. Finally, there is no reason for my doctor to have had to submit the new Rx via fax 3 times before they finally got it, I haven't decided whether or not to change pharmacies only because,as I said at the start of this review, I don't know who is to blame. I do know we all have to be careful with our prescriptions no matter what pharmacy we use. One last note...despite being told that I would start receiving text messages from CVS regarding the status of my prescriptions I did not receive any notification.

It was a walk-in, similar to the 2nd COVID booster I received back in April and my Malaria pill prescription that my primary care physician called in. With each visit, I was very impressed with the professionalism and service of Costco Pharmacy staff. The wait at times was a little long, but I appreciated getting and and out of Costco soon enough, and separate from the business and occasional congestion of the main store.
