I purchased a First Response 3 pack…read morepregnancy test box and displayed on the front of it was a "Save Five Dollars NOW" coupon but when I scanned it at the register, it would not recognize it so I asked the employee, the male employee with the very long black hair for assistance where he instead fumbled around for a few minutes repeatedly just telling me he "didn't know what to do" "Nothing could be done" He "didn't think you accepted this coupon", etc. etc. while he pretty much just shoved me off and told me I had to deal with it. He did not offer to get me a manager. He did not make what I would call an actual effort at honoring the coupon. As I told him I do not believe you all should sell items with manufacturer coupons displayed on the front if you are not going to honor those coupons because that is false advertisement so in the end, I was only able to use my own CVS account coupons which the receipt references. I ended up paying five dollars more than I should have and he kept my manufcoupon! I will attach a photo of the pregnancy tests for reference, although the coupon is now gone. I have shopped at this CVS for many years and I am completely displeased this service. We are living in more expensive times than at any other time in history so to some of us saving five dollars means a lot, it sure can make the difference between someone choosing to grab an item off of the shelf in the first place or not so refusing to help them once they get up to the register with said item is truly unacceptable. If your employees are not trained properly, then maybe some retraining is in order so that no one else gets overcharged as I was.

My Dr…read more accidentally ordered a prescription there, so I was surprised when they called me to say it was ready for pickup. I went in, waited for one person ahead of me with no one waiting behind me. After finishing with that customer, I stepped up to the window and gave my name. I was told that I'll need to come back in forty five minutes because they are closed for lunch. Not going to happen! If any changes have been made since my previous bad experience, it was only to become worse.

I do know that it took 4 days and multiple communications with my 2 doctors and the pharmacy to get a refill on my prescription that has been on file with CVS since 2014. There is no excuse for requesting the refill from the wrong doctor or having a phone number on file that hasn't been used in over 12 years or giving me instructions that I followed that were wrong. Finally, there is no reason for my doctor to have had to submit the new Rx via fax 3 times before they finally got it, I haven't decided whether or not to change pharmacies only because,as I said at the start of this review, I don't know who is to blame. I do know we all have to be careful with our prescriptions no matter what pharmacy we use. One last note...despite being told that I would start receiving text messages from CVS regarding the status of my prescriptions I did not receive any notification.

I dragged Gayle to the Costco Pharmacy to get my bivalent COVID booster. It was a walk-in, similar to the 2nd COVID booster I received back in April and my Malaria pill prescription that my primary care physician called in. With each visit, I was very impressed with the professionalism and service of Costco Pharmacy staff. The wait at times was a little long, but I appreciated getting and and out of Costco soon enough, and separate from the business and occasional congestion of the main store. Note: I mostly use mail order (3 month supply) from Caremark.com for my standard prescriptions. Individual pharmacy visits are normally done by exception.

Parking lot is awkward to get into on the hill Store is large and organized like every other Walmart..... However.... Everything is locked up. Deodorant, all hair care,lotion, batteries.... Anything in beauty has to be paid for before leaving the area. Self check available as well as a few manned checkouts. Anything with a security tag (vacuums) must go to a manned checkout.
