When customers are picking up their medications, they are already not feeling well so the compassion really needs improvement. Raj is the pharmacist and during my 20 minute wait only to leave without my prescription, he had three negative interactions with customers. In all situations, Raj spoke down to each customer which appeared he enjoyed the confrontation. None left with what they came to get. It is clear they are understaffed for the number of customers but the customers should not be subject to the poor service. I hope this review will result in a change to staffing and additional training for Raj to provide better service. Bringing awareness if you visit this pharmacy.
