Its not a good center for COVID drive through testing. I gave my drive through Lab test on Jan 13th and no results as of today. Nobody answers phone calls at Minute clinic and these guys says they are not responsible for test results as they are sending samples to Minute clinic...then who will provide my results...when i tried to call automated voice call to Minute clinic with my date of birth it says i dont have any report. I'm here suffering with few covid symptoms but not sure until i get my test report...please dont prefer to go there for drive through testing... read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. The blonde pharmacy tech behind the counter is literally a nightmare to deal with. Her customer service was so bad at the pharmacy tech that was filling your prescription had to walk to the counter to assist me with a simple question about children's medication and A possible side effect. This CVS Pharmacy operates 24/7 @ 365 and sits in Richmond Valley of Staten Island. Customer service is attentive and professional. Retail space is large with ample room to freefall roaming aisles. Like typical CVS Pharmacies there is always a limited selection of brand names for snacks and basic amenities. read more

The pharmacy is full of negative vibes especially around 6-7pm on a week night. They are the rudest pharmacy crew I've seen on the island. The pharmacists are stressed and very RUDE to customers EVERY TIME. They're so mean!!! The only time I saw them be nice was when a secret shopper came in and they had a hunch that it was them. They were praised for helping them , if only they saw how they really treat customers.... They will bark at you, roll their eyes, yell at you and complain about their workload in the same sentence basically telling you they don't care. The only nice pharmacist is the Russian lady. Pharmacy techs are nice and friendly.... most of the time. Oh & they will also keep you on hold a minimum of 30-45 minutes when you call I have phone records to prove it. Very unacceptable!!!They need a training refresher for sure. read more

The manager(the brunette with massive attitude she calls her manager but has no idea about managing) is the nightmare of that CVS. Pharmacy department is another story. I guess this is normal to have this kind of attitude from manager, because at the end of the day this is Staten Island- everything is normal. She told me "no we want the coupon, i wont accept the picture and the code number, i am the manager". Well, WALGREENS right around this cvs is in luck cause they will get more business!!! read more

Typical CVS located in the south shore of the island and operates 365 days a year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. The store is a decent size and carries many different items from cold medicine to snacks. They also have a drive thru for the pharmacy. The employess are not as professional as the previous reviwer states,many employees in the pharmacy were fired for posting customers information on face book,so guys beware if you buy your viagra there. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. The pharmacists are nasty, they never have my dads medication ready at one time. Always have to make 2 trips to pick it up. Thank god I don't use them switched to super health pharmacy a few ago. They are the nicest staff. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I'm almost forced to use this cvs to fulfill my daughters medication because Walgreens doesn't except our insurance. The lines are ridiculously long including the drivethru. Most of the staff are assholes (except the minority workers) and they never fill a prescription on time. I called yesterday to have both my daughters prescriptions to be ready by the next day by 2pm. You guessed it right, it wasn't ready! Like always! I really wish there was another pharmacy that wasn't so out of the way to get to. The CVS by the movie theater on Arthur Kill Road is 10000000 times better. Yes they're really busy, but they are on their Ps and Qs and get things done. They are really friendly and helpful. This CVS pharmacy dept. is a horror the attendant for pick up are just miserable all the time. No customer service or to much customer service I'm sorry, we called you, we called the doctor, I don't know why! All of the above statement are followed by you could try! God for bid the black haired main pharmacist gets involved. I can't help you now, we are very busy, we tried, try customer service, we can't help you now, come back later or the closing we are over whelmed and or it's not our fault. This woman sets the standard for the rest of the pharmacy staff and it is nothing but here out loud overwhelmed drudgery attitude and persona. I don't think I have been in this store with out a argument of a helpless pharmacist telling a CVS customer what there problem is the doctor, script or healthcare provider Etc. I am in twice a month. It's usually not me maybe with me it's every other month but it's always some pour shmuck. Last week was an overwhelmed mother with two kids that had to call the doctor for the pharmacist on her cell to explain to the pharmacist script was sent. So that she would check her counter for the script THAT WAS ON HER COUNTER. Lol and she told the lady she came to fast. Today was a man that didn't have his wife's Medicaid card. " she's here every month" she could not start mumbling about the guy when he left. I shop at this CVS almost every morning and love it! Every morning the blonde manager, who's name I believe is Laurie is so helpful and makes my day. She always takes the time to ask how I am or if I need anything and even knows me by name! So today I come in as I usually do 3 times a week and the same opening manger with blonde hair just stands at the door silent , I'm now in the toothpaste department which is located close to the door and I hear hello , good morning , cheers smiles etc, I watch another black gentlemen come in and again silence , I FIND THIS TO BE OUTRAGEOUS! Was recently on Staten Island and had to make a stop at CVS to pick up a few items. I was warmly greeted by a manager with blonde hair, who was so helpful and kind to me. Her positivity and kindness made my day. Also, it is very convenient that it is open 24 hours! If I need to go to CVS while on Staten Island again, I know which store I will be visiting. read more
